These are great! Surprisingly comfortable for this heel height. Stylish, but with good traction and a bit of insulation and comfortable with heavy socks so as to really be a winter boot.

I tried on scores of boots before I found this boot. I love them. They are unbelievably comfortable. The heel is well balanced. I feel secure walking in snow or on ice. You can wear skinny pants tucked in but they will sit under wider leg pants with a smooth sillouhette. I am very happy with this purchase.

These boots are so worth the money. They are stylish and extremely comfortable. I wear them all the time and have had no problem. I wear a size 10 and usually buy half a size larger in boots. In this case a 10 is perfect even with medium socks. They look great and fit nicely under skinny jeans. Do not hesitate! I live in the south and they are winter warm and not hot at all. I simply love them!

I tried them on but the heels might be a little bit high for me. I also ordered Kate to just compare comfort, and I have to say that Kate is more comfy. So I returned them.

I bought these boots so that I'd have a nice-looking waterproof boot with a higher heel to wear with longer boot cut pants during our usually messy Chicagoland winter. We've had the good fortune to have an almost snowless winter, so the boots have not gotten a really good test in the snow, but I have found them to be warm and very comfortable. I have owned other La Canadienne boots, and so have no doubt that they'll be good in the snow as well.

I have these boots and they're by far the most comfortable and best looking boots I've ever owned. Get tons of compliments on them and can walk much longer in them than any other heels I have. The fact they're waterproof is just a bonus but they are great to wear any time. The bottoms are very grippy so no fear of slipping while in these either! Best buy ever.
