If you have the money to spend or if you need to invest in a functional, stylish boot that will last years, these are a good choice. I wear them with jeans and skirts. I wish the shaft was a bit higher for skirt wearing so I'm thinking about buying the "Tracy" style which looks the same but is taller. These have lasted three Chicago winters for me, and still have life in them. Toasty warm, instantly comfortable, sufficiently water-proof (never stood in a puddle with them, but have traipsed through many with no seepage), soft and tough at the same time. I wear them nearly every single day of the winter and when I do change it up, I miss having them on my feet.

I live in California but as I write this I am in Copenhagen, Denmark, in winter in the snow. It is literally freezing outside. These shoes are perfect. Not once have my toes been cold. They grip the snow and ice well, and sturdy, waterproof, and cute. I would highly recommend these shoes and look forward to wearing them whenever I travel to a cold climate. Worth every penny. The fit was slim for my foot, so I went up a half size and wear them with thin socks. The fur lining would enable you to wear them barefoot if your foot is slim. Incredibly cozy, yet tough.

The sheepskin lining is soft and warm but not too hot to wear inside; traction is excellent on ice; waterproof exterior is effective when walking through slush. Can be worn under jeans or with skirt/leggings but the shaft is narrow and wouldn't fit over skinny jeans. I was not sure about spending this much money but have worn them post-blizzard and trust that they will last for a long time.

I've had these only a few weeks, but they seem to be perfect winter boots - warm & waterproof, plus they look great & feel great. Perfect for a casual evening out or long walks on a snowy day. The price is high, but will be worth it if they hold up and my feet stay dry. I did have to exchange my normal size 8.5 for the 9, so I would advise ordering a 1/2 size up.

Great things about these boots: super warm, lined with sheepskin, but much cuter than an Ugg. Waterproof, comfortable, good balance between practical and cute. Not so great things about this boot: The zippers on both of my boots separated from the seam on the boot, just above the ankle. They fit fine, even with jeans tucked it, but the zipper split from the fabric easily. I had them both replaced at a cobbler, and the new zippers are much sturdier. Bottom Line: good boots, but the price tag is a little steep if the zipper's going to break.

This is the first time I bought shoes online. It has been a very positive experience. I have not worn the boot yet, but they feel very comfortable and feel very nice. I find them surprisingly elegant for winter boots. They can be worn both with pants and with skirts. The leather is very soft. The tread on the soles should provide good traction on ice. Thanks to the elastic fitted to the slit in the shaft, it fits the cuff nicely.

I was super undecided about this boot, given the high price, but I have to say it is totally worth it. The level of comfort, warmth and style is unbeatable. Based on other reviews, I am planning on these lasting a while. If you have the cash, these are well worth it. I spent months looking for the perfect boot for Chicago (Sorel, Keen, North Face, Bikkembergs, etc), but hands down, these are the best. They are expensive, no doubt, but I think they are worth it.

These boots kept my feet totally dry and totally warm. In fact, they are are the warmest boots I have ever owned! Also, they are not clunky and heavy. If you care about your feet and overall health in winter, these are the boots to get!
