My husband loves these slippers. The first pair I ordered were too narrow (even though they said "wide" in the description. I called and spoke personally with customer service and couldn't have been more pleased with the results! This is customer service like Nordstrom provides!

This Evans slipper has been in style for many years. My husband has a narrow foot and walks out of most slippers. This style stays on better than most and is light, comfortable and good-looking. Because the manufacturing is not the same as earlier, he did have to go down a half size. The customer service from Zappos can\'t be beat!

I ordered a pair of bedroom Slippers at 5:20 P.M.one day and the were delivered at4:15 the next afternoon. My first order for a pair of casual shoes was placed late Saturday night and the were delivered before noon Monday. I don't understand how this fast of service can be provided. My husband has worn L.B. Evans slippers for 15 years. He has a home office, and he usually spends the whole day in his Chicopee slippers. I have even caught him several times trying to wear them outside! They are good fitting, and despite daily wear, they hold up wonderfully.
