This is a well-constructed, flattering skirt. The fabric is substantial and the seams don't pucker. Just enough stretch, and keeps it's shape all day! I like that it doesn't sit too low on the hips. I usually wear a 4, waist 26, hips 36, and the size 2 fits well. Haven't washed it yet, but the fabric appears to be pre-shrunk.
Brands I'd also recommend: Pantagonia, Royal Robbins, Prana

This is a fabulous skirt, that looks gorgeous on, has nice weight to the fabric, and the details are first rate (the color of the contrasting stitching is the color of the inside of the skirt. I am not sure how that is done but very savvy). It fits great and with a bit of give, makes for a worry-free purchase.
