These are rugged and make the transition from mountain to street fairly well. Pants will shrink a bit in the dryer after the first wash so if you're between sizes go big. Also they run pretty long. My ideal length is 31 inches so I went with a 32 and am going to have them hemmed. There must be at least two inches of extra material at the legs.

Super great, comfortable pant. I purchased these as a replacement for an earlier pair i had worn out. The dye was a little darker, ever so slightly greensish, as compared to the sand color of my first pair. I prefer the original sand ones, but my honey likes these slightly darker ones, so there you go!

I saw these pants on a guy at work and they fit him so well I was hoping they would do the same for me. I am on the skinny side and pants tend to hang off of me. I bought a size 32 waist, and they are by far the best fitting pants I have ever worn. The paneled construction, articulated seams all help these pants hug your butt and make your thighs look good. Expensive, but I am going to save up for a second pair. I don't want to be without these pants.

I cannot say enough great things about these pants, because they very rarely come off. I practically live in these pants- they are durable,yet comfortable, stylish, and can handle anything from wet wading in rivers to clearing trails to sitting at a bar.
