Good value for price. Wish the slots were taller and longer (says my wife). Fits our counter (says me). Defrost feature overcooks bread and bagels, but you don\'t need it anyway.
Brands I'd also recommend: Vollrath & Matfer

The first toaster arrived dented and scratched. Customer service was fantastic and sent a new toaster out the next day. The new one arrived without any problems. The design is beautiful. It does a great job toasting but not sure that it was worth the money. But we are keeping it since it looks great and it does the job.
