As advertised. I especially like the timer count down feature. Let s me know exactly how long I have to prepare other items such as eggs, bacon, etc. Temperature could be a little hotter for the bagel/English muffin feature. Also, it would be good to be able to activate the bagel feature during a regular cycle rather than only at the beginning of a cycle.

A great product, works beautifully, evenly toasts and is easy to use. Must do as instructed to get smell out. The small footprint is one reason I purchased this toaster. We love it. I must commend the Zappos service: outstanding! The best service ever from any company.
