This coffee grinder has met my needs. It is compact, which is important for my small kitchen, and it works well. The beans will sometimes stop feeding when the hopper gets low, but since I have been keeping it fuller I haven't had any problems. Kudos to Zappos, too: they delivered the product to my door 20 hours after I placed my order! Well done!

Disappointed. We have had this burr grinder for less than a year and personally I'm disappointed. There are setting for the machine to grind the correct amount of coffee depending on the numbers of cups you are making and ours after about 8 months started grinding way too much coffee. So we now have to grind the coffee and measure it out using the coffee scoop.

I have been grinding coffee for 25 years and this is the best thing that ever happened to me! I use the fine setting and drop a spoon full into my cup and then boiling water. Stir for a bit and you enjoy the most wonderful flavor ever!It's the fineness of the grind! Just Try it!
