Very comfy considering my orthotics don't work with these shoes. The heel cup is definitely deep enough to accommodate an orthotic, but because there is a slight heel to the shoe and my orthotics have to be stiff from the arch to the heel, the orthotic kind of rocks up and down as I walk. I'm afraid over time the friction of the orthotic against the shoe would wear out one or the other. They also run about a half size too big, but they don't come in a 10.5, so I just kept the 11 and I have gotten used to the extra room. So, for people without these issues the shoes would be awesome, but even for me, I am very happy that they are comfortable enough to wear when I need something other than a tennis shoe.

With bunions developing on both big toes, I need shoes which are wide across the toes but normal width from the arch back. With the osteoarthritis of age, I like a cushioned foot bed and need about a 1.5" heel for my back and knees. \r\n\r\nKlogs USA clogs meet all those requirements.They run wide across the toes with a high toe box, so that for the first time in about 20 years I can wear the 6.5 I measure instead of needing a 7 to get the extra width. They probably run true to size, but seem longer because I don\'t need to up-size for width. \r\n\r\nWith the 6.5, I can now wear an unlaced shoe and have it snug my foot at the arch. The shoes feel so cozy and I love the novelty :-) of a really well fitting shoe. And as a plus, the high sole of the shoe keeps my feet dry in puddles and low slush.\r\n\r\nThe only other shoes I can truly wax lyrical about are Naot cork soled wedge sandals and sandal clogs I bought many years ago and keep for days when my feet really hurt.

Very comfortable shoes. They look great with jeans or casual pants. Taller than I thought but good support. The soles are a little slick at first when walking around in snowy conditions. Would buy again. Felt true to size.

These shoes are very comfortable, podiatrist accepted (very important these days for me), and have great arch support. After go ahead and wear shoes from my podiatrist after my neuroma surgery. I was able to wear these right out of the box. I have three pair of these shoes and love them all.

Great shoe for working on your feet. Immediately comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse in a hospital. Zappos is the best!

Love the shoes, but for some reason the right shoes feels narrower than the left. Should have exchanged them but did not. They are comfortable, but not as great as Naples style. Have purchased Naples and never had a problem with the fit. These are still a great shoe, able to work in them all day while walking/standing on concrete. These have less give in area above foot, since only one side has the elastic. If you ever had foot problems, try Klogs, and you will buy them for life. Zappos makes it easy to find the right shoe. These can run a tad longer than most shoes. The width, just depends on the style of the Klogs.

The shoe is comfortable to wear. It does not hurt my feet at all. The style looks nice. However, my back hurts after wearing it for 4 hrs or more. Not recommend it.

It was my first order from Zappos. A friend of mine is a nurse and she told me about Klogs. I read the online reviews and several said they felt they were sized a 1/2 a size too big, so when I ordered I ordered 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfect. I just love them! I am on my feet all day long and have never had a more comfortable shoe! I would recommend them to anyone that does a lot of walking and is on their feet all day. The best and most comfortable shoes I have ever had and would never consider any other!!!

I was in need of stylish, comfortable shoes that would be supportive of my high arches. I took a chance on these as I have never heard of the brand before. I was also on the hunt for some house shoes with support due to my bad back and hardwood floors. Since these shoes have arrived, I have not taken them off! Soft soles, but amazing support! My back does not ache at the end of the day. I love the style and have received many compliments on them. I plan to buy another pair in the regular black leather when I can afford them. These shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

I have been a nurse for over 25 years and have worn many different types of shoes. These are by far the most comfortable. I work 12 hour shifts and they have actually eliminated the knee pain I was having. I would highly recommend them and will be buying another pair for every day use.

This is my second pair of this brand. I have lots of problems with arthritis in my ankles and feet and these shoes are the best I have ever worn. They look good, are very supportive and comfortable throughout a long working day.When I find more Klogs for summer that look like I can wear them as support, I will order them from Zappos, my favorite way to get good shoes. The service is great, I get shipping considerations and the shoes are at my door in a day or two. Returns are also very easy. Zappos rules!

These clogs are super comfy and stylish. They are for work but I can wear them out, too! The sizing runs about a half size too big. I really love them and I usually have a hard time finding the right fit. They are perfect I bought 3 pair!

I bought these shoes based on the raves from the nurses out there. They are definitely comfortable, with excellent arch support for my high arches. They do not make my feet look too big, either. The only negative is they are too roomy in the heel, I put a heel pad in, and they are fine. Great shoes if you are on your feet all day!

I love these shoes - I was looking for something colorful. And they are - I get lots of compliments. They are also very comfortable but a little roomy so I have to wear a cotton sock that\'s a little thick (not too bad). Also, I am a pretty steady 7 and needed a 6.5 in this shoe.

Excellent work shoes if you have to stand and walk for long periods of time (in my case, being a waitress on a 6-10 hours per shift). A great combination of cushioning with high arch support. Feel better on my foot than comparable Dansko and Sanita styles I tried. Priced lower also. Not meant to be stylish, but the styling is unobtrusive and looks less clunky than some of the others.
