Fit problems - This is a very well made shoe. Leather and stitching were flawless. A little heavier (weight-wise) than I expected. I ordered my usual size (9W) and it was a bit too long and a bit too wide with medium weight socks. The insole had a high arch that pressed against the bottom of my foot and made me feel like my foot was tilted to one side. I returned them but would consider buying another Klogs USA product based on the workmanship.

Comfortable shoe - These shoes were comfortable from the start, but I haven't yet worn them for long walking distances. They are a bit loose in the heel. Also, the arch is a bit higher than what I am used to. They are similar to Dansko clogs I have worn before, but I think the Danskos have a better fit.

Great shoe for a high arch! I have been looking for a comfortable navy shoe that I can wear all day. This shoe fits the bill. Great arch support, plenty of toe room, non-slip soles, and the side elastic has enough give for my high arch. I bought 2 pair!

Klogs USA Naples - I have problem feet (bunions, pinched nerve) and there are very few shoes, other than the old lady orthopedic-looking shoes, that I can wear. These Klogs are among the few shoes that I can wear all day without pain (though I wouldn't wear them for serious long-term walking). Although the insoles are removable, I found that when I substituted my orthotics for the insole, the shoes were not comfortable--there was a ridge under the toes. But the insole that comes with the shoe is nice and padded, and I can use that comfortably rather than my orthotics. I only wish the shoe came in double wide. I tried both the 8 and the 8.5, and although the length of the 8 was perfect, the 8.5 is more comfortable just because it has more width. Overall, though, I'm very happy with both the look and the feel of these.

Clunky, but great comfort and what a price!!! I discovered Klogs USA in the basement of a little shoe store in Brattleboro, VT, while on vacation one year. I bought only one of the 2 pair of backless leather clogs they had in my size and ended up wearing those shoes almost every day we were gone. That was about 5 years ago and I still wear those shoes a lot esp. in the winter. When we got home, I called the store and had them ship the other pair. I have big (size 11.5), wide (D or E), feet with plantar fasciitis, so I need great arch support. While it isn't critical for me, the Klogs are indeed slip resistant. My original Klogs delivered everything I needed and so will this new pair, I feel sure. Also, the soles have held up very well to wear. I am glad to find a pair that is not backless. Compare the price of the Klogs USA Naples to the Dansko or Sanita professional-style clog and you will be very pleased (I own both Dansko and Sanita and they are GREAT shoes). And the Klogs come in wide widths!

5 STARS - Very Comfy!! I am a waitress and I am on my feet for 9 to 10 hours a day and a lot of the other girls that I work with have them and they said they are awesome, and I must say these are the most comfortable shoes yet that I have bought for working. Other shoes I have tried left my feet hurting in the middle of my shift but these did not make my feet hurt at all, must be do to the very thick padding in them. When I got up the next morning they didn’t even hurt which was unusual. Great shoes look very cute to, got lots of compliments on them. Zappos as always you do an awesome job; ordered them little after 7 in the evening and got them by 3 in the afternoon the next day. ZAPPOS RULES!!!

Blue closed back clogs - These shoes are extremely comfortable. Some type of arch support that feels great! I have been a size 8 forever so never try shoes on-these seem to run a little bit large.

I’m a flight attendant on my feet 10-12 hours. I've been looking for that perfect shoe. The one where my feet are not killing me at the end of the day. This one is close but I'm still looking. It's the one shoe I kept while sending at least 7 pair back. It has excellent arch support but no room for my orthotics.

Best shoe on the market - I have worn the Klogs USA brand for over 6 years. I began with the Dusty and now own 6 different pairs. I am a waiter on my feet all day. These say women's shoes on Zappos, but they are unisex. Men, be sure to go up one size and width from what you measure. These are truly the most comfortable shoes on the market today. Great medial and lateral arch support! Also, if you have plantar fasciitis, this is a great shoe for you. My feet don't hurt at all anymore. If you are looking for all day comfort, buy this brand.

These shoes run big, perhaps a full size. The style has a more Euro flair as they are longer in the toe area. After a few times wearing them, the toe area is already curling up. The tumbled leather makes for a soft, comfortable broken in feel, but the look is strictly casual. The pictures do not give a clear impression of this "beat up" look out of the box. I am usually a fan of CH, but for the money I was not happy. Good to know Zappos has easy return policy.

Klogs - I wear AFOs and shoes which can accommodate them are difficult to find--that is stylish shoes! Klogs work great and allow me to wear a small heel which I normally cannot. CBW

Klogs - I really have wide feet and the wides were almost too wide. Great comfy shoes for work but I am a large woman and need more lateral outside support. I put some inserts in and I am very happy. Zappos is the only way to go.

Klogs Naples sizing - This shoe did seem to run about 1/2 size large. I wear a 9 1/2 and ordered a 9, which fits well. But I find it a bit wide in the heel, but not as wide as Danskos. They quite comfortable to stand in, but I'm not yet sure how well I will be able to walk in them

Best Shoes Ever!!! I needed a shoe that had support, comfort, and a good look to them. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! And they offer the support my flat feet were crying for! I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is on their feet for any length of time, and even if you're not, they are still a great shoe!!!

Really comfortable shoes! These shoes are a little plain, but are very comfortable and have a lot of cushion. I know if after a day of being on my feet and my feet are not hurting that I've got a winner.

Klogs USA Naples - I like the look of this shoe, however it is not the most supportive shoe. The soles are "mushy" feeling like when wearing flip flops. For this heel height the sole should be firmer. I believe that I will go back to Dansko for work shoes. On the bright side, Zappos is a wonderful on-line shoe store. Fast delivery and great customer service.
