I ordered this shoe in 11M although I often wear a size 11.5 to 12 in Dansko or Finn Comfort. I would have preferred this shoe in an 11.5, but it was not an option, and a 12, even if it were available, might actually be too long even for my big, wide foot. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and need very good arch support in my shoes. I have found most Klogs I have tried to provide pretty good arch support. I also have a wide foot, but the Klogs M often fits fine. I think this means if you have a narrow foot this shoe may run wide on you. The Monica is a little bit dressier looking than some other Klogs. The footbed is comfortable. I am trying this shoe with a thin sock today to see if the width and length are okay. So far, I am on the fence. If the shoe were a tad longer and a tad wider, I would keep it for sure, but they may just be too small. I think that overall the Klogs USA brand is a bargain for the comfort and quality compared to price. The oldest Klogs I have are probably over 6 years old and have a lot of wear on them. They have held up well.
Brands I'd also recommend: Dansko, Sanita, Think!

Oh my Gosh, either my foot is really wrong or these shoes are made really weird. I do have a high arch. I could not get my foot into the shoe! If I had taken out the insert it would have been fine, but I wanted the cushion insert. The size of the shoe was fine- just not the top even with the elastic that is at the top. Returning them.

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my feet and have the most difficult time looking for shoes that don't hurt me when I walk. This did it! It's cushiony with every step.
Brands I'd also recommend: Finn Comfort, Romika, Naot
