The Klogs USA Austin shoes are absolutely incredible. GORGEOUS SHOES and pure comfort straight out of the box. I got both colors and am thrilled with them. JUST BEAUTIFUL! I needed them for an upcoming trip and, as always, ZAPPOS delivered, next day service, amazing. Klogs USA shoes run a half to full size big. I have a wide, flat foot. Knowing their sizing runs a bit big I actually ordered an 8 wide and a 7 1/2 wide hoping one would work, the 7 1/2 wides were PERFECT. I haven't worn a 7 1/2 in some time but these were great. I usually wear an 8 to 8 1/2 so DO order down. Again, credit Zappos, I was able to try the shoe in 2 sizes and print out a return label for the ones that didn't work. FABULOUS, unbeatable customer service. These shoes are absolutely stunning in person and as are my other Klogs USA shoes, pure out-of-the-box comfort. Zappos + Klogs USA = My highest recommendation. The Austins are super stylish comfort! Get both colors, you will be glad you did. The brown is just beautiful, black so versatile, these shoes will work for casual wear to somewhat dressy. Great, great shoes. Thank You Zappos!

Just the best for comfort! I work as a Respiratory Therapist in NICU, PICU, CCU at a very busy Childrens hospital. 12 hour shifts. And I have a bad knee from a traffic accident. Ladies these shoes and this company make the most comfortable product I have ever worn! Every year I go through 3 pairs of work shoes. None of those shoes, and I mean none, are anywhere as comfortable as Klogs. The best shoe for health care workers. Dansko and Crocks suck. And thank you Zappos for being the best shoe store on the planet. If only other companies could be half as good as you in customer service. Thanks.

This clog is the most comfortable shoe I own! I've tried all kinds of clogs, Birkenstock and Clarks included, and these win hands down! They look great on my size 10 feet, which is an added bonus. The tapestry-like front mixed with the patent leather looks classy. Try this one!

These are great shoes! I don\'t even need my insoles with them. Very cute with any casual outfit. The design and patent on the top make them so unusual! I\'ve gotten many compliments about how cute they are. And comfortable too!

It took a second try to get the right size, a half size shorter than normal, but worth the wait. It took a couple of days to get used to the shoe, as I discovered I had a few muscles in my chins that hadn\'t been used in a long time! But after a few days that went away. The shoes I have worn for 13 hours periods on my feet and my feet feel great. Zappos was terrrific on the return, as easy as they report. And I have never bothered to write a review before. This product and the service deserved a good report.

I thought these were so cute. I ordered the smallest size and they were too wide. I would only consider ordering them if you wear a C width. I have enough room for my heel insert and wear extra thick or double socks (I wear a B width). I decided to keep them because they are really comfortable and are so nice looking.

I don’t normally write reviews, but had to on this shoe. It is the best shoe I have ever worn. I was a little scared to order a size smaller 8.5 W normally wear 9.5, but it fit perfect. Having had 3 foot surgeries, I usually just wear Nike Shox’s never regular shoes , however, now I can. I purchased in the taupe very cute color goes with everything. Fantastic delivery time - overnight! Don’t know how they can have such great service even in the snow blizzard. Hats off to Zappos.

These shoes got noticed and complimented the first day I wore them in the design group where I work and where we are all a little bit shoe-crazy. They are comfortable and have the great arch support that all my Klogs have (this is my 5th pair). I can wear them all day and never even think about how my feet feel. They are like wearing very sturdy, supportive slippers.

this is the ultimate shoe for comfort. I love the way my feet and back feel when wearing these shoes. I stumbled across them and am very happy I did. I absolutely adore these shoes. So comfortable and stylish. Worth every penny! My shoe size is 7 1/2, but I bought a seven and they fit perfectly!! Buy them, you won't regret it. I LOVE ZAPPOS!!

I wore these on a 2 week trip to Seattle where I walked each day for a few hours. They were great and no break-in time was needed. The shoe has excellent support and the foot bed is much more comfortable than my Dankso shoes. I also like the fact that they are a little less expensive than Danskos so I can afford more styles. I have 3 pairs of Klogs and I love them all.

Have you ever had a pair of shoes that felt like you were standing on clouds? This is the shoe. It is so cushioned and if comfort and style are you goal, this is the clog that will deliver! I can't think of many reasons to remove them.

Very pretty shoe. Comfy like bedroom slippers, right out of the box. Soft cushy ride, good for hours on your feet working, or sightseeing in Italy! Great fit for my wide feet. And, no one does customer care like Zappos!
