First of all, what a beauty. I mean this thing screams classic Americana. I remember the old one my grandma had and would make bread with as well her cookies which had more butter than any recipe I've ever seen. But in all seriousness this machine is plenty for the home cook who wants to prep pizza dough or make a killer cheesecake. My girlfriend had always mentioned wanting one and said it would be on her marriage register. Well in order to take some pressure off I bought this and chose a color that might as well be Tiffany Blue. She loves it and has already begun taking her kitchen experimentation to a whole other level. Technical stuff -Sturdy construction -the attachments are very solid -liked the old style plastic bowl lid, it covered the entire bowl this one gets 3/4. -doesn't buck VERY HAPPY

It's a dream! I have been wanting a KitchenAid for probably 5 or 6 years and I finally gave in and bought my Komen for the Cure pink stand mixer. I don't regret a thing. It's awesome!

This is a extremely helpful and necessary addition to any kitchen. The style is comfortable and attractive. I prefer yellow because it is a happy color for a happy Kitchen Aid cook!

Note that I am writing this about this model, but mine is several years old. It does everything a great mixer should do, and looks beautiful. It is very heavy, and I almost kill myself every time I bring it down from my cupboard. The only design flaw is that, on my older model anyway, the lever controlling power (OFF-10) does not lock down in the off position. It always manages to slide over before I plug it in, causing the mixer to turn on unexpectedly. Otherwise, elegant design and great looks. Powerful for heavy doughs.

A marvelous machine--and great to look at too! The colors are spectacular and the mixer is a work horse. Mixes like a dream powerful enough for just about anything. Zappos was great and couldn't choose color so got my 2 favs, compared and returned the one I didn't need. What a great company and what great service.

This mixer has single handedly expanded my baking abilities! Now that I've got this, I'm no longer apprehensive about making breads, or recipes that require a cramped hand's worth of mixing. I just plop it in my stand! I just recently got a shredder/slicer add-on as well. Shredding cheese has never been so easy! Love it!

I love this machine, I don't know how I ever cooked or baked without it. Everyone should have one! I baked all kinds of cakes and pies, and homemade rolls for thanksgivings with my wonderful KitchenAid product!

Persimmon is gorgeous! I debated between going safe (white or stainless) or going bold. I'm so happy that I chose to make a statement with my mixer. It is the perfect accessory for my kitchen. It's a little work horse too! So much easier to bake for the holidays now that I have this gem.

My daughter wanted this for her birthday and Yellow Pepper is not easy to find in stores so I searched the internet and found that Zappos carried it, had the best price, and always free shipping. You can't go wrong with a KitchenAid and my daughter loves it. Zappos came through, yet again for me!

I bought this KitchenAid for my Aunt Dolores for Christmas. She has wanted this model for a long time. She is thrilled with it! She bakes bread every week and says it is a breeze now using the dough hook attachment. Glad I got the 325 Watt mixer. My favorite part is she says the Tangerine color brightens up her kitchen and brightens her up too!

I was originally hesitant to spend this much money on a kitchen appliance, but now I understand why it costs so much: It's worth so much! It's durable, easy to clean, and makes cooking more convenient and fun. I didn't know if the 5-Quart mixing bowl would be big enough, but so far I have fit everything I've made with ease. Please get this kitchen aid mixer! Making food will never be the same! Also, the color makes my kitchen look way snazzier than it really is.

I bought this as a gift my daughter requested for her graduation with a Master's Degree. She sure went easy on my wallet after all those years of schooling! I know that KitchenAid makes durable, high-quality mixers based on past experience and Zappos was the only outlet I could find with exactly the right color (and the price was lowest to boot).
