I love this toaster. It cooks very evenly and well. There are several custom settings allowing you to get exactly what you want. I like the countdown timer on the LED display.

We got our toaster and we just love it! First of all I like just pushing the button and it just takes the toast down and when it's through it comes right up. No reaching inside for it. Thanks KitchenAid and Zappos - great price and fast shipping!

This toaster is great! Wonderful product, looks nice, perfect toast every time. It is great to not have to worry about burnt toast anymore! The only thing I am not excited about is the loud beeping sound it makes when it's done, but it's not a deal breaker for this product! I would recommend spending the extra money for this great toaster.

This is a super toaster, excuse me. Super shader. That's what they call the toasting process. I agree that the beep beeps could be less jarring, but all in all this toaster does a superior job of toasting all we have asked of it. How lazy can we get when we don't even have to lift the toast up.

This is a fun gadget and an OK toaster. The beep is unnecessarily loud, but when you have a teapot or coffee pot running at the same time, or if you're in a separate room, it comes in handy. The automatic elevator is cool, I've never had toast fly out of a spring-loaded toaster before, but according to some reviews this is quite common. My major issue with it, and the reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because of the toasting capabilities. The toast never comes out perfectly browned. The top of the right hand side will be almost burnt, and the bottom will still be "bready". The left hand side toasts more consistently. I guess the hassle of returning it was greater than the inconvenience of marginally poor toast.

This is a fantastic toaster for the most part. The options are great, but it takes a while to toast which makes the toast drier than we'd like.
