This toaster oven is bigger than I thought it would be, and it took a bit to get used to it. I find that toasting works best with shelves on the lower brackets and setting on high. I burned my arm a couple of times until I lowered the shelves. Otherwise it is just fine I have cooked a whole chicken it it and clean up is pretty easy.
Brands I'd also recommend: Cuisinart

I love this little (not really so little) toaster oven. I had ordered another brand - everything about it was bad. So I thought I'd try again. This oven is wonderful. It does just what I want it to do...and that's all...and it does it well, powerfully and fast. Perfect.
