The shoes are absolutely darling and very high quality. I am incredibly impressed with the ease of ordering, the free shipping, and the ease of returning. Even to the point of having a video of how to return. We had to exchange for a bigger size. I find that Zappos is one of the easiest and most quality online retailers that I have ever dealt with!

Darling, darling shoe. Our baby just grew too fast too soon to wear for the big planned occasion and this shoe is not available in her new size. Infant 4.5-5!
