Khombu

These are a joy to wear and to own. They're perfect for ladies with thinner legs like myself. They are very warm and comfy. The toe box is so well made, I forgot I have two painful bunions which I did not need to cover with moleskin as I was wearing these. The traction is superb, and there is no need to worry about the fact that they aren't gusseted beyond the third lace hole. I did not get any snow in my boot (I used these recently in Russia and the Ukraine which are both now buried under the white ghost). All in all, it's a perfect boot for those of us who love fashion and don't want to sacrifice style for safety and comfort!

Bought these boots for my daughter. She loved them...very comfortable and an adorable style. She's gotten lots of compliments on them.

I was looking for winter boots that look good, but keep the weather out. I found them. These boots are super cute on. They keep my feet warm, dry, and comfortable when walking the dog or shoveling snow. They were a little big, but prefect with thick socks.

I bought these boots because I was going to Iceland and they looked comfy. They were, although they were wide even on my very wide feet. No problem with that: more thick socks. But...these are weatherproof boots. I guess that means they'll keep you dry in dry weather. By the time I reached my hotel my feet were soaked! All I did is walk from the airport to the bus, then the bus to the hotel. Yes, it was snowing. But that was the whole point in buying these boots. Very disappointed. Also, there is absolutely no support! Definitely contacting the company!

I wanted more of a sturdy sole and the heel felt narrow and wobbly. The sole seemed cheap and plastic-y, not practical for the hard weather I intended it for. the style was okay I am looking for something that combines style with function.

I really enjoy these boots. They are comfortable and have actually kept my feet warm in extremely cold temperatures. I do like the fact that they are structured and waterproof and the base of the boot. I would say, however, the laces included with the boot are really too long and flop around. I had to purchase another pair of laces because they were just not appropriate for the boot.

Ordered in my usual size 8. Very comfortable and attractive, but because I wear orthotics, a little snug across the top of the foot, even with thin socks. I might try the next size up.

I bought a half size up and it fits great with thick woolly socks. Nice and comfy to walk around in the city. Only problem is that it's not waterproof so do not mistake water resistant for waterproof. I walked home in light rain the other day and my socks were wet. These boots are only good for cold dry weather.

I really wanted to like these! I already have a pair of shorter Khombus and thought these would be a slam dunk. But they are small! And the foot area is a bit weird, it feels shallow, especially in the heel, which makes my foot lift up weird and it just feels too unnatural, especially since I was hoping to get these to walk longer distances. The really nice thing is that there is no ridge in the heel where the lower boot meets the shaft, which I've run into in the past, causing blisters. I loved the cloth upper and the shiny patent leather-like strips and metal detailing. Easy to lace up, the fur is super cute and the interior lining is soft and warm. Too bad they didn't work out!

So comfy...like slippers...warm and perfect fit-true to size, maybe a bit wide for narrow feet. My feet are wide and I sometimes have difficulty finding boots that fit comfortably. Plus I don't often wear socks (ew, I know), but didn't want to with these cushy boots. These boots are awesome.

Keep feet very warm, and dry. Excellent traction. Very comfortable. I have feet that are in bad shape with bunions, hammer toes, and presently healing two broken toes on my left foot, and these boots were a dream to wear! Absolutely adorable on. I love this boot so much, I am getting a second pair in black.

I always check customer reviews before I buy & after seeing the high ratings, I am happy to say this boot deserves applause. I was concerned that my 5'1-/2" size would be too short. They fit so perfectly, look great & are warm but not so much that you couldn't wear them inside. When I came home & saw that Zappos box, I opened it and never took off the boots until I went to bed. The most perfect boot.

This is a revised review after having the boots for a month or so: My boots (maybe a defective pair) are starting to fall apart and crack along the seams. Some of the suede is really thin and cheap. I'm really sad, because I like the boots, but they are going to be sent back. They should not be falling apart this quickly.

I love this boot! I ordered it 2hrs after the cut off for guaranteed next day delivery so I did not expect to receive the boots the next day. To my surprise, they were waiting for me when I got home from work! We had our big snowstorm in Chicago the next day so they came just in time. They definitely are waterproof and keep you warm. I was standing in snow that covered at least half the boot for 15 min as I cleaned off my car. They are also really comfortable. Some people said they run big. My heel slips a little bit as I walk, but my heel does that in most of my shoes. I wear a 5 in slip on flats/heels, a 5.5 in most shoes, and a 6 in gym shoes/snow boots. The smallest size these came in was a 6, and I am happy with that size. I like having a little room in my boots so my feet don't feel scrunched. I can also wear thicker socks, if I want. I spent a lot of time on Zappos' site to pick the best boot. I was mainly looking for warmth and waterproof. An added bonus to this boot is that it is super cute too! I've already received several compliments.

I love these boots, I bought them this past November and I was dying to wear them! It finally snowed and boy did I get a lot of complements! The only problem was that I have big calves, so I had to get them a size 7 instead of 6.

I just bought these boots today and they are by far the best investment I've made. They are comfortable, soft, fashionable, and most of all keep you feet warm.

After several attempts at buying other winter boots to no avail due to size issues, I finally found one that is not only stylish but also practical and fun to wear! Additionally you can wear this boot two ways, as the top portion folds down just to mid-calf and looks way cute! Originally, I was hesitant to purchase this boot because of customer feedback about the right boot's instep being off, but took my chance anyway because I had reached my patience with other boots not fitting, and this one appealed because of the adjustable shaft. Well, the first pair sent was disappointing. The left fit perfectly however the right was about an inch too long on the inside and the instep did curve inward, which was rectified with inserts but at the same time I still had an "off" feeling about the fit so waited a couple days to decide on whether to send them back or not. During my given wait time I looked at the boot sizing and noticed they were a size 7, a half size bigger than ordered but a 6.5 size was not available so I decided to wait a little more to see if my size became available. Lucky enough, a couple days passed and Zappos notified me that my given size was now available so I purchased them immediately in hopes they would fit perfectly, which they did, and without issues! No weird sizing, no instep problem on the right boot, etc. As for the instep issue, and the weird sizing - may be a fluke in production but I do know that the boots I now have fit really well, are stylish yet fun and practical at the same time!

I was looking for an easy on and off boot for winter and I am very pleased with this boot. Very warm and comfortable and cute too. Already got compliments and asked where I got them. I ordered a medium and have a wide foot. It is very roomy. Feels like your wearing slippers. I am going to order another pair of these to keep on hand.

These are great boots--very warm and comfortable, even when slogging about in freezing slush. The drawstring closure means that they can be tight against your leg (worn under boot-cut jeans) or loose enough to tuck a pair of straight-leg or slim-fit jeans into them. They seem to run slightly large--I usually wear an eight and a half, and an eight fits me perfectly in these.

Bought these for my daughter who is going to college in the mountains and needed some snow boots, but they had to be fashionable. She loves them! She wears them all the time, even when there's no snow in sight.
