I should have listened to the other reviews that explain the zipper doesn't stay closed. The tongue under the zipper is padded, and the zipper is hard to close with all that extra puffy fabric and does not stay up. The rest of the boot is wonderful - if the flap under the zipper were just waterproof and not puffy it would probably work fine, or if the ankle were wider if would be fine. Zipper does not work.

Shoes are very large and hard to keep on feet while walking. They make feet seem giant. The inner lining pulled out after 2 wears. Overall, I'm disappointed with the boot and the fact they are taking up space in my closet.

These are great boots that are waterproof and warm. I am moving to Massachusetts from Texas I owned no winter clothes and was told of Zappos' great selection even late in the year

These are not waterproof! Not remotely waterproof. What good is a snow boot that leaves your feet wet? They are comfortable and cute, but boy did I waste my money on these!

Great looking boots, get noticed and compliments. Comfy, too! But I don't think they really keep my feet that warm. If I had to spend any length of time in the snow, I think I would have a problem. But price is right and they served the purpose.

I ordered these in a size 6 in Pewter. The color is a bit lighter than it appeared on my monitor, but it was alright. The insides of these shoes are very warm and kept my feet warm as I shoveled snow or walked around in them. My only complaint is that these offer no arch support whatsoever; it was almost like wearing one of those Target rainboots that I got in college for very cheap. Since I intended for these to wear when I have to walk a fair amount in the cold/snow, I was pretty disappointed. If you have very low arches like I do, I would not recommend this boot.

I like the boots but I am disappointed in the quality of the patent leather. After I wore the boots on maybe five occasions, the patent leather started to split and peel. I was not happy about this especially since the boots are cheap. The style is very nice, which is why I bought them. The boot is very comfortable. I would be much happier if the quality were better.

Needed a waterproof ankle-height snow boot in a hurry. This is warm, sturdy and fit the bill. Was roomy, so I wear an extra pair of socks.

I bought these boots to replace a pair of Bear Traps I had worn into the ground during the winter of 2014. The Khombu Abby are a poor replacement. While they are incredibly warm, they lack a proper tread that boots need. If all you're doing is just getting in and out of a car, they would be fine, but I live in NYC and have to walk everywhere. I take my life into my own hands every time it snows and I have to wear them. You slip and slide all over the place. Be warned, if you're a walker, choose something different.

I order three pairs of boots to try for a trip up to New York State. These are the boots that I love the best. I need room for my toes, and these boots did it even with heavy weight socks. Zappos is an awesome company to order from, with their wonderful easy return policy.

Cute boots and thoroughly waterproof! I ordered a 9 which is what I usually wear in shoes and boots. Unfortunately, my foot keeps sliding forward in these and jamming into the toe box of the boot. Since 9.5 is not available, I am sending these back for a size 10 which I fear will be too long. We shall see.

Boots only lasted for a month or two. Feet got wet during the rain and snow weather. I do not recommend any to buy these.

This is a very nice looking boot. It is light weight and flexible and very easy to get on and off my foot. Even though I am short legged and I have bigger legs with small feet. They are also easy to wipe off and monderate traction in snow. I am a little disappointed in the warmth of the boot. I live in Vermont where it is cold (in the teens to below zero in the Winter with lots of snow). My feet aren't really warm in them. This maybe because I wear thinner socks and my feet sweat but they just aren't as warm as I would have hoped for the price.

Cute well made boot but way too big. Returning. Don't know why this style so long and wide in a size 8 because I have another Khombu suede snow boot in an 8 and it fits perfectly?

I should have listed to the reviews. These shoes run really big and have no padding. It was like someone took the sole out. I had to return them.

I ordered these for my daughter, who is snowbound with two infants. She said the size 7 was a bit large, but the greater concern was the rigid plastic sole which she feared would give her no traction on ice which is ubiquitous here.

Hello, although I live in Houston, I decided to keep these boots for the rain. They are stylish and comfy and I bought one size up which fits perfectly and I am a 9. I hope that one day I may experience the snow and wear there as I bought them for a employment relocation in Jackson Hole that cancelled. I feel like I have something no one else has around here, which is true.

I'm not very happy with the boots. They do not tighten enough and the snow gets in. The toe is also very short and they are not very comfortable.

Love this boot! Hugs the top of your foot which feels great! Nice & fuzzy inside! My 16 year old daughter tried them and had me order a pair for her too! No problems with the zipper.

After a month wearing Khombu Ski Team boots, I'm not impressed and would not order again. I can imagine that these boots would feel great for a short walk after skiing. They are light, warm and soft. However these boots have very little arch support and my feet ache after a 1/2 mile of so. The Khombu Ski Team boots are fine in dry snow, but don't seem to do well in slush. In particular, the seam on my right boot lets in water. I'll be looking for a different pair of boots.

I just got these boot and was surprised that they fit. I usually wear a wide width, but this boot in regular width was fine. I did order a size up then my regular size. Very comfortable to wear and good for walking in the parking lot to and from my office.
