I have sent so many pairs of flats back to Zappos that I thought they would soon ban me. But alas, after months of trial and error, this pair is staying put! Admittedly, they have zero arch support, but that is easily remedied with an insert (if you care to). What is more important to me is that they fit length and width, and they do not rub on any part of my foot. I am a city dweller that walks a lot, and these required no breaking in--none! And, they are super cure--not at all matronly like many other flats. The only negative is that the metallic color is not quite what they appear in the pic. They are far more silver than gold.

From reading reviews I was really looking forward to trying on this shoe. Yes, the leather is extremely soft. The length was fine and fit like an 8 should. However, there was no softness or support in the footbed at all. I could have accepted that because I was ordering the shoe to wear with certain outfits, not for doing lots of walking. The big turn-off was that the sides of each shoe in no way come close to hugging the foot. They are loose as can be and I do not have a narrow foot to blame for that. If you order them and walk around the house for five minutes you will see how bad they look on the inner and outer sides of both shoes when you look down. Very disappointed in this shoe.

Very cute shoe. I also bought it in Black Patent. A little on the wide side - but an insert can fix that. I'm in retail and can wear it for 8 hours in comfort. No breaking in necessary! The Black Patent is dressy enough to wear with a skirt! You will love this shoe!

Fantastic! Both fit & feel are perfect. Wore them all day with no discomfort at all. The color is spot on, not too bright, but still a true red. Looked great on the 4th of July with my blue shorts & white tee.

I just received my shoes today and was a bit disappointed. First, they run a tad large. I am a true 5.5 and they were too big. Also, as other reviewers noted, the sides have too little structure such that they gape when you take a step. I am having such trouble finding a decent pair of black patent flats that are not too casual.

This is the first ballet flat that I have been able to wear. Very comfortable. I usually wear 8 in sandals or heels and a 8 1/2 if it's a tennis shoe or some closed toes. I got these in an 8. Ballet flats usually cut into the top of my foot somewhere or my big toe presses into the front too much. These don't do that at all. They're a little roomy and on the left (my smaller foot) I put in a pad behind my heel for slipping. I don't know that I'd say a full half size bigger though. They are worth that bit of doctoring. They're also nice and soft. The only reason I didn't give comfort a 5 is because there is no arch support, but hardly any shoes have it. The foot bed is pretty soft and comfy though. As for looks, they're really cute. There is a nice amount of detail, not too big.

I really like these little flats. They are so cute - I get tons of compliments when I wear them. They are rounded in the toe box so my big toe on one side is a tiny bit squished, but it doesn't bother me. They don't have much arch support so I wouldn't wear them for a lot of walking, but they are so cute for runing around town.

I ordered this shoe in a 9 and then in an 8.5. I typically wear a 9, but sometimes order flats in a slightly smaller size if I don't plan to wear socks with them. The 8.5 fit in that regard, but I returned them anyway. This is not a good shoe for narrow feet - when you take a step, they bulge out on the sides. The leather is soft, which is nice, but the shoe lacks structure. Too bad - they're really cute.

LOVE THIS SHOE!! True, it was wider than I like - but I put an insert in and it was my most comfortable shoe for summer and fall. I got it in the black patent and the red. I am in retail - so when I say I can work in a shoe for 8 hours - it is comfy!!
