Strap does not provide best support... My daughter wore these shoes and the front part of her foot wobbles around in the shoe. She was unable to tighten the strap, as it was already in the last hole. When she sat down, she was able to literally pull the front part of her foot out of the shoe pretty effortlessly! I would have returned the shoe, but she had already worn them.

Great Little Girls Dress Up Shoe - My little girl got these from Santa for Christmas and loved them. She wore them everyday for the first two weeks until I made her get back into her tennis shoes for gym class.

My daughter loves these shoes! My daughter was a last minute addition to a wedding and I needed to find shoes fast...I looked around town and could not find ivory dress shoes anywhere...of course Zappos rescued me! I ordered them late Tuesday...the wedding was Saturday...I got them Thursday!! ZAPPOS ROCKS! As for the shoes...my daughter absolutely loved them and they were perfect for the dress!

I received these boots today and they are the most comfortable riding boots I have ever worn, they are soft and were easy to break in. I had purchased two previous pairs of riding boots that were very uncomfortable at the ankle, but this leather is like butter. Comfort is my first priority and I am so happy with this pair.
I'd also recommend: BCBG, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren of course

These shoes were comfortable but my heel slipped out the back when I walked. They do not have arch support as stated in other reviews, but then I have been spoiled by arch support in Dansko’s. I ended up buying the Clarks Kensington which has a higher shaft so they don't slip and amazing cushion on the ball of the foot. The Sofft shoe had no cushion on the ball of the foot.
