These are a beautiful shade of gray leather boots! The heel is perfect - not flat like many boots or too high like most of the rest. The sizing is right on as well. I looked on-line and in stores for days when I found these. They were exactly what I wanted and I knew when I ordered them they would be perfect. They are a beautiful, quality boot.

I couldn't believe that I actually got my boots in a few days. Delivered before Christmas like it was said! I feel hot in these boots. Fit like a glove and very stylish. Bought the Gray, which goes great with my black, blue and gray jeans. I have a larger calf and have trouble finding boots to fit. Everyone wants to know where I bought my boots. Another great pair of boots from Zappos. Thanks!

This is a great boot. Looks great with leggings and skinny jeans. They are true to size, supper comfy and can be worn with a slightly thick sock. I love the distressed look of the luggage color.

I absolutely loved these shoes. They were comfortable, chic, the perfect boots. But I wore them for less than three months and the heels got worn completely through. Like, so worn through that I could see into the heels themselves (which were hollow). For a boot that costs so much, that is a bit ridiculous. Re-soleing these babies would have cost me a pretty penny. Luckily, Zappos is awesome and I was able to return the boots, but they had no more in my size! Bye bye, [almost] perfect boots.
