I ordered my Keen sandals just before a cruise. I put them on and wore them comfortably immediately. I was told to order a half size bigger than normal and the fit was right. The color is great and a bit sassy! Zappos gave me excellent service and will definitely order from them again.

Double review--Ordered the Keen\'s for my daughter, who had literally worn through her last pair, she loved them so much. I\'m not quite so hard on my shoes, but I love mine as well. Great wearing, uber comfortable. Good for about town, hiking, biking, etc. And kudos to Zappos for making the whole process so worry free. I was uncertain about her size, but knew I could order in confidence, with the free shipping. Luckily for us all, I guessed right! I myself have terrible feet, but love shoes, so take full advantage of the try-and-return policy. Great service. Thanks!

I settled down with this after trying a few other brands (Privo, Merrell, Teva) because this is far better looking and comfortable. I normally wear size 6.5 and have to go one size up. The toe area is made with hard material so definitely go 1/2 or one size up and make sure you have enough room around the toe area.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Disney and it was a great decision. They super cute, and I got them in the plum/pink color. I received many compliments everywhere I went. They are very, very comfortable. After hours of non stop walking my feet were happy and fresh. These are great walking shoes! Zappos service never fails to impress me. I have been a costumer for the last year and will keep on buying my shoes from them.

I love Keen! I have 2 pairs of these. They are so comfortable. These are my favorite color, purple, so I had to get them. I have 6 pairs of Keen shoes and I love them all. I'd recommend them to someone with a wider foot and has a hard time finding something comfy.

My order process was simple and arrived within 3 days time. While in Vegas my friend, Tracy loved my Keens and wanted to place an order. We went to Zappos and ordered her a pair. By the time we arrived home they were at home waiting for her. There is no risk as the shipping is paid both ways. Prices and selection are perfect! I will do business again with them. In fact, I am hoping to get a pair of the Reebok fitness sneakers after the holidays!

Fantastic! Called Customer Service to see what size shoe to order (up or down for half sizes). He looked at other reviews of the shoe I wanted, gave me excellent advice & I had them the next day! Have recommended Zappos to all my friends, most of whom were aware of this website but had neglected to inform me!

My feet are so mad at me! For a year I resisted these shoes because I thought the toe protector looked too clunky (but I'm usually in Birkenstocks, so what do I know?). What a mistake. I finally bought a pair in the Crushed Grape, and Wow! The comfort is unbeatable, and now I think they're good-looking, as well. I've since bought two more pairs, both Venice H2; the Venice's strap design is much more comfortable on my toes than the Newport's is. These shoes are great for walking around town (the sole is so cushy; it feels springy, but with plenty of support!), taking light hikes, walking down to the dock, walking in the rain...you name it. I love that my feet feel secure no matter what I'm doing, and when I get home, the shoes slip off easily and can go into the washer/dryer if they've gotten too muddy. The shoes have good arch support and fit immediately (no break-in period necessary). I took the advice of other reviewers and went a half size up. For me that was a mistake. I ended up needing a half size smaller than my usual size. I'm a 7.5, and my Keens are a 7 (I wear them without socks). Great job, Keens. Keep on introducing new colors!

I love my Keen sandals. I wore them for 5 days at Disneyland and never had any problems. I have a high arch and have suffered from problems with my feet but these sandals gave me the support I needed. I loved using Zappos also and would do it again. The first pair of sandals I ordered was a little small. If the toe is covered I would try half a size larger to be safe if your are unsure. Zappos makes returning the first pair and getting a new pair really easy.
