I'm a stone mason for a living and got tired of wearing big heavy leather boots. So I decided to try these for something different. "I love these boots!" There extremely comfortable, abrasion resistant, they have amazing traction, and are no joke water proof. With my line of work these boots see the extremes concrete powder, mortar, mud, water, rock damage, everything and they take it without blinking. I plan on buying another pair just to wear casually. If you want a great pair of work boots no matter the trade don't think about it just buy a pair of these and make your feet happy!
Brands I'd also recommend: Carolina boot, chippewa, merrel

This is the fourth pair of Keen shoes I've owned. I am so happy they've finally made a real workboot. I am an electrician by trade, so I need something durable. So far, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. These shoes are the shiznit. The colors even match my company logo colors. I recommend Keen in general (except for a pair of Targhees I bought that fell apart). These, I really recommend.

Best ST boot that I've found for comfort, anti-fatigue and safety right out of the box. Light enough for walking all day and supportive enough to keep ankles and arches from failing after 20 hours on the job. And they look good, too!

These boots are tough and they can take it while I stand in them for 12 hours straight without one grimace. Knowing I don't have to worry about leakage, bad support, inferior craftsmanship or a name I can't trust in boots is more comforting than the socks that I wear in them. Utility A+ (OSHA would be proud). Style, comfort and durability all A's as well. Going to take these boots all the way and make sure they live up to the task because, I will be the first to let Keen know if they don't. Grab a pair and hit it.

I own a construction company and I have tried nearly every boot available. I am on jobs all day, so lots of walking. These are, hands down, the best boots ever. My last pair of expensive boots pained one of my Achilles tendons and these Keens cured it. They are the best, period.

I purchased these boots because of the quality I know that Keen represents, and again, they haven't failed. These are for my husband who has worked on his feet all of his life, and with that has had issues with his feet. These boots are comfortable, and give him the support he needs in his harsh working environment (an aluminum foundry).

I do construction work in the mountains during the winter (around Lake City, CO). These boots are comfortable and definitely waterproof. The soles are great, even on wet and frosted wood. This is a great work boot. I have other pairs of Keens and have always worn a size 10.5 medium width. When I got these they were way too small. I called customer service and she said to go up a half size and ee width. This was just after Christmas and I needed to get back to work. She shipped the replacement boots overnight, so I could have them for work. Zappos customer service is the best! The new boots fit perfectly and I am very happy with them.

It is a very comfortable boot. The only downfall is the design of the shoe string holding straps that makes them hard to adjust it.

I bought these to deal with the very snowy and slushy NYC winters. I typically walk 2-3 miles a day in poorly plowed areas and these boots have definitely met the challenge. They look pretty good, the steel toe is good for kicking snow and ice away from my tires when I need to dig out my car and they are nearly 100% waterproof (I feel a *slight* dampness in my toe area if I'm out for long enough trudging through slush). They are warm and comfy, too.

I have worn work-boots for nearly two decades. This is the first time I have ever worn a boot that doesn't need a "break-in" period. I work maintenance in a factory so I am in all kinds of weather and situations. These boots are a god send and I feel like a salesman when the guys ask me how I like them. They are a bit on the expensive side but it is worth it for what they provide. Don't hesitate in purchasing these!

Very nice looking boot both in construction and style. Came with a spare set of laces, bonus! Felt comfortable until laced tight. There is no padding in the ankle which was very painful on my ankles when I would step.

Terrific shoe. Extremely well made, but heavy due to steel toe. If you need a tough boot you can't go wrong with this product. Like the fact that it came in a wide width so I could wear a heavy sock with a liner. Waterproof lining is a bonus.

These boots are just excellent. I get them less than a week ago to use them in the site where I'm working in Ukraine. They break in just 2 days and I even wear them back to my apartment walking through snow at -13 C. They feel stable and super comfortable you can't even feel the steel toe bothering your toes. I am a very demanding at the time I select a work shoes, these ones are just extremely good.

This boot rocks! I have tried almost every brand of boot available and this is far and away the best I have bought. Light, comfortable and excellent traction. Just what I would expect from Keen.

These boots rock! I have also worn Wolverine and Timberland, these are better. They were very comfortable from the moment I put them on and finally a steel toe that is not so bulky. I have two issues. The first was the ankles took a long time to break in. I've worn the boot almost every day for 3 weeks and they are finally broken in. Secondly, I put these boots on at halftime for the Super Bowl and this did not lead to a Steeler victory.

I have worked in a chemical plant for years and steel toe work boots are a requirement. After seeing a co-worker with a pair of Keen Utility Boots and having him recommend them I decided to try them. I can honestly say they are the most comfortable steel-toed work boot I have ever worn. They are very light, and there is no "break-in", just slip them on, lace them up and go. They are waterproof, lightweight and stylish. I will definitely get another pair. And with Zappos' great service I will be buying them from them again.

I'm a civil engineer and had been unhappy with my steel boots for a while, but then I found these. My previous boots were always heavy, pinched my little toes, marginally waterproof at best, and just generally uncomfortable. So far these boots solve all those problems; very light for a steel toe boot, nice big toe box, totally waterproof, and comfortable. After a long day walking around in mud and muck my feet were still dry and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing safety boots.

A co-worker called one day and told me he found the most comfortable steel toed boots. They were the Keen brand so I went on line and ordered a pair of the Keen Utility Pittsburg boot. Zappos shipped them that day and I had them 2 days later. Right out of the box they fit comfortably. A great pair of work boots at a great price!
