So far- so good. I've had good luck with Keens. I like the broad toe, arch support, and good quality. This shoes didn't fit as wide as my last pair of Keens, which makes them a truer M width. I'm a size 15-15.5 D so buying shoes is a bit of a task. The thing I like most about Keens is that they actually make shoes this big. Thanks to Zappos for stocking them.

Order to delivery time was quick. These shoes are comfortable and have great ankle support. I do a lot of walking on hills and uneven ground playing disc golf. My feet are not tired or sore by the time I've completed 3 rounds. These shoes wick moisture as promised. They allow for easy motion and hug the pad when dry or wet. A great shoe for hiking, backpacking and especially for disc golf. Grab a pair or two today.

The Kenn Targhee II hiking boot is simply the best boot I've ever worn. They feel as if you can use them as atheltic shoes. I currently looking for a pair in another color! You simply can't lose with Keen when it comes to style and value. And the fact that Zappos.com facilitated my order assures that the transaction will be seamless and satisfying.

I recently purchased three styles of Keen boots Newport low cut as well as Summit County and Targhee II. I have a wide foot and all fit very well. Also hike our town ski area every day (2000 vertical over 2.5 miles ) in the Targhees and so far after 4 weeks am very pleased. No blisters or sore feet. I will very likely purchase more in the future.

Amazingly comfortable the first time I put them on. They are by far the most comfortable foot wear I currently own, including my two slippers. I wore them in the rain a few times already and they are definitely waterproof in a downpour. I have not tried submerging them, though. Overall: A+

I love these boots. Lightweight and comfortable, the fit it just right like all my other Keen shoes. A very good choice for an everyday, around town and on light trails hiker.

My size 8.5 EEE feet with high arches are never easy to fit, they require a large wide toe box. I tried every extra wide light hiking boot I could find, Merrells, Timberlands, and five others before I tried the Keen Targhee in 8.5 "Medium". \r\n\r\nThere\'s huge toe room, a good lacing system and heel support, great traction in the dirt and mud, breathable, waterproof lining and they weighed in at 14.6 oz. each. Break-in was painless and I\'ve been quite pleased overall.

Great boots! I own two pair of Keen sandals and love them and these are just as good. I've only had them a couple of weeks, but hiked in the Lake Como area of Italy in them. Very comfortable.

Light and comfortable. Do not seem all that durable. I think they would be good for everyday use, but I would not take them on the trail.

Great shoes! They are a little warm for summer wear but get more comfortable every day. I had a pain in my left foot so I started wearing the boots to the office every day. The pain is gone. Bye bye fancy dress shoes! Definitely order a half size larger.

Keen's Targhee II Mid Serious Concerns. Just an observation from myself and several other wearers of Keen boots. It seems like the quality of Keen boots has been sliding down hill over the past few years. Till recently I had not heard anyone complain about Keen quality. The Keen Targhee boot fits like no other but it sure seems to fail like no other. Several friends of mine who wear the Targhee II's have mentioned disappointment that their boots have had issues within the first few months. Till last week I had not thought too much of their comments being very happy with the comfort and blister free wear the boot offered. Last week I took a new pair of Targee II Mid's on a 9 day trip and on day 3 the lace loop on one boot came un-glued. I think quality control failed to noticed the boot was missing stitching. Having to rig a brand new pair of boots to make it through the remaining 6 days is a little upsetting. Also the boots had the incorrect length laces. They were far too short. I'm returning the boots to the seller without an issue. I sure hope Keen will seriously consider taking a hard look at their manufacturing processes to make sure that all boots are built to the highest quality so your customers can count on the boots and so that you can remain on the list of quality out gear manufacturers in the minds of serious outdoors adventurers like myself.

I used these boots to hike to the top of 18 mountain peaks in the western US this summer. The good points are: 1. They are very comfortable right out of the box. 2. The sole supplies good traction under a wide variety of conditions. 3. Waterproofing is quite effective, no leaks. 4. Wide toe box minimizes toe blisters. The not so good points are: 1. The sole will separate from the shoe with hard use (such as backpacking, mountain climbing). This is a common complaint with this boot. 2. The sizing is a little off. You need to order one size larger than normal size. 3. The shoelaces supplied are a bit on the short side and are not very durable. They will fray where they go through the hooks. All in all, I really like this boot, if only Keen could find a better method of gluing the sole so that it won't separate from the shoe.

I bought a pair of these hiking boots last year when I was preparing to do some hiking in Northern Georgia. I have a wide foot so I purchased the mens 7 1/2 instead of women's size 9 because the mens shoes always run wider than womens. Well, I found these boots to be so comfortable to me that I wear them every day to work also. I work in an apple house and am on my feet all day long and these are the only shoes that I have ever had that do not hurt my feet after standing for more than a couple of hours. I have just purchased another pair since I wore my first pair practically every day for the past 15 months. I love these boots.

I have always loved Keen shoes and so I tried their boots. They have not dissappointed me. They feel great. Required little to no break in time. Would highly recommend these boots.

I love these boots! These were my footwear of choice when I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2009 You get to know boots after walking 2178.3 miles. What makes 'em so nice? A wide toe box, good support, and strong upper. While the soles didn't last as long as other boots on the market they were super comfortable. I never got any blisters wearing them, a huge factor for me. I added a pair of blue SuperFeet inserts for extra cushion. Watch the sizing since they tend to run small. I bumped up a half size to get a perfect fit. The Garmont Flash XCR's are my second choice for long distance hiking.

Great boots very light and soft on your feet. This pair really fits. I wear a womens 12 which is hard to find and most mens shoes are too wide.

These are probably the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and I have worn many different brands. They are very rugged but not heavy.

Immediately comfortable, no long break-in time, waterproof and durable. Tough toe to prevent injury and good bottom traction. Great shoe, our 2nd pair.

These boots rock! Per normal for most Keens, I ordered a size larger than normal (14s instead of 13s) and they are perfect! Plenty of room for thick or multiple socks and still have toe room. I'm looking forward to leading Boy Scout hikes in these boots 'cause they fit so comfortably. 30 minutes of walking around my neighborhood and I think they are already broken in. Zappos rules!

I like these very well so far. I have wide feet and these fit me even though they don't come in wide widths. I had to get an 11, even though I normally wear a 10.5 in other Keens. I also got the same size in the Voyager and the Voyager seems to have a bit more room in the width than the Targhee. These are very supportive shoes. I use them and the Voyagers in place of my running shoes for walking and I use these at work where I'm on concrete floors a lot. I like these enough that I bought another pair of Voyagers to have when the first pair wears out. I wear the Voyagers if it doesn't look like rain because the waterproofed Targhee gets a bit warmer.
