I also had to purchase a half size larger than usual. I returned the shoe, as the buckle was very difficult to use. The strap was just a little large for the buckle, and the hole stamp was off center. I usually love Keen shoes and have never had problems in the past. Love Zappos!

These were a big disappointment. I have a few Keen styles that I can wear with comfort. These were too small, in spite of being a half size bigger than I normally order. The fabric is stiff, even though it looks soft in the photo. These have zero arch support.

I love Zappos and it is hard in the stores to find my size in what I want. I can always find my size at Zappos. I love these shoes they are comfortable and the color goes with everything.

I am unhappy with the fit - the strap on the left shoe has a dark spot on it. Just really not happy with the shoe. Disappointed.

Exactly as shown in photos, but an 8 1/2 runs just a tad small. Probably not enough to be a half size, so I returned them because I thought a 9 would be too big.

I wear these shoes all the time, since they arrived. The style is super cute. Although I expected them to be more golden, they look olive in reality. This is my first pair of Keens. I expected them to have more cushion and arch support for a brand that touts comfort. Also, they run 1/2 size small, like others mentioned. They are really well made though. I would recommend them, if you don't have to be on your feet all day.

These shoes are adorable! I was hoping to find a comfy shoe to wear on a trip that would go with skirts, dresses, pants, etc. Unfortunately these aren't it! They rubbed on the heel, it felt like the back went too high and was a bit narrow. They also rubbed on the top of the foot. So bummed! A note on size. I normally wear a 7 in most brands, other Keen's I wear a 6 1/2. I ordered these in a 7 and that seemed to be just right.

Great shoe, I am a true size 6.5 and took the advice of many to size up a half size and I am glad I did, the 7 fit great. These are comfy, cute and will be great for summer! I love Zappos.com.

While this shoe is cute, it was terribly stiff. I often felt like I was walking on a piece of wood and sort of clunking around. It cut the bone on my ankle and rubbed endlessly. The strap was also too large to go through the buckle, making it almost useless.

These shoes were disappointing to say the least. For starters, the fit was off. Felt a half size too big and very wide in the toe box. The wide toe box made them look clownish.The materials they're made from are too stiff and it makes walking in the shoe uncomfortable. For a so-called comfort shoe, these had little to no cushioning or arch support.I was attracted to these because of their cute casual/outdoorsy style. They had more cons than pros, so they had to be returned.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable and great looking. The color is unique so they go with everything (I am an artist) and they go everywhere. The size is true and they took no time to break in. Maybe I should buy a second pair for back-up when these wear out!

As a big fan of Keen shoes, I'm a little disappointed in this model. Keen typically have consistent sizing. I always wear a size 8 of their brand, but this shoe was slightly too big. The color is also darker than I had expected from the screen, but I was forewarned about that by a previous Zappos reviewer. Still a comfy shoe and a welcome addition to my collection.

I love the look of these shoes, and the overall fit was fine. However, they were very stiff and uncomfortable around the back of my ankle. I was afraid that once I wore them outside and did real walking in them that they would give me blisters. I really wanted them to fit, they are so cute, but I had to send them back.

I ordered this shoe to replace a Elle moccasin that recently got water logged at Disneyland. After reading other reviews, I ordered a 1/2 size up. Fit perfectly. I wore them on a recent trip to NYC, we walked everywhere and loved them. The back is a little high but nothing you don't get used to quickly. I wear them all the time. Zappos is once again amazing. Customer service no one can even come close to! Zappos is a 'go to' in my house! Thank you!

The color is complementary, definitely more of a green-yellow than the picture portrays. I liked them but when I tried them on in my room my toe rubbed on the top. They are long and narrow, so I think that the next size up would be too long. Probably going to have to return, unfortunately.
