Superb inner sole - All Keen shoes are not the same. It took me several years, a few mistakes, and persistent research to learn that the difference is in the innersole. Only a limited number of Keen shoes have the magic innersole. They call it metatomical innersole and it is available in most of their Boulevard line styles. Zappos does not categorize their Keen shoes by line and neither do the retail stores I've shopped at. I finally learned this from the Keen Company. The problem first evidenced itself when Keen dropped their original Sydney and replaced it with Sydney II (the same shoe without the magic innersole). I can't wear the II. I have asked Keen to reintroduce the old Sydney and they are considering it.Read more » « Show less April 8, 2009 by Claire M

I am so disappointed in these sandals! After reading so many great reviews, I thought I would love them instantly. I already own the Keen Naples, which are built on the same bottom, so I thought selecting this was a no-brainer. The materials are great, however, they do not seem nearly as wide as the Naples. The middle strap on the inside of each foot pinched terribly, and was painful just taking a few steps around my living room. It appears that you can loosen and tighten the sandal by the lace on the top - however, it does nothing if the sandal itself is too tight right out of the box. Great shoe - just wish it was as wide as all the other Keens that I already own.Read more » « Show less March 23, 2011 by Anonymous

I absolutely love these sandals and I am ready to order my third pair. I have tried the Keen sports sandals with the rubber closed toe, but my foot slips out of the toe. This does not happen with the Sarasotas. I just wish Keen would offer this same design in other colors. if so, I would buy all of them!

Without question, the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. I was leery of ordering a shoe that did not come in a wide width as I have a wide foot with ugly bunions. The shoe is plenty wide for my foot and has wonderful support - as much as an athletic shoe. It also has excellent arch support. I currently own four pairs of Tevas, but these Keens are more comfortable and supportive than any of the Tevas. For a bonus, they look very cute on the foot and hide my ugly bunions. I'm so impressed with this shoe that I'm planning on purchasing a pair of Keen athletic hikers. I only hope I have the same luck as I did with these shoes.
I'd also recommend: Teva

Great Sandals - This sandal is not only very comfortable but true to size and very good looking. You can wear for dress up or casual and still look great. Very happy with the sandal and will be ordering a pair for my husband.
