These shoes run smaller than marked. I usually wear a 8. This was too short with my orthotics. I reordered 8½, they were too big. The style is very cute. Thanks, Zappos, for your exceptional customer service, shipping and returns.

As others suggested, this one felt short. If there is a way to find the shoe's last number, I would only order those made from the lasts that fit me the best. Zappo's service is remarkable. They make things so easy and have so many choices!

I like the look of these, but like others said these run very short. I purchased the 8.5 and could barely get my foot inside. Please order up. I did not get these in another size. Instead I purchased the Keen Toyah MJ. I love them and they give great arch support.

I absolutely love Keens...but I am so disappointed with these shoes, perhaps because of my high expectations for this brand. They run so short and the toe box is so much smaller than that of my other Keen's. I already wore them outside so I can't return them. Boohoo...I was hoping for another great pair.
