These shoes are comfortable, well made and offer ample arch support. A nice alternative to sandals, the adjustable back strap stays put and doesn't slide down when walking. I appreciate the quick, free shipping and now only use those mail order companies which offer it.

Have worn Keen for a number of years. Was looking for a pair of shoes for an upcoming trip that would be a good for walking but not too casual. I like the big square toebox and stylish leather. I ordered the size I usually wear in Keen's. Unfortunately,they were about half a size too small and will have to be returned.

I love this shoe. It is dressy enough to wear with a dress, but also looks nice with pants. The shoe is comfortable and stylish. The only minus would be that the sling back sometimes slips off my heel, but otherwise the shoe is great.

Terribly uncomfortable shoes. The backstrap doesn't stay on your foot, and the leather is tough - not soft or supple. I wish I had never bought them.

Very cute but not as comfortable as other Keen shoes. Back strap too loose, when I tightened it my toes get rubbed in the front of the shoe.

I love Keen shoes, but this style was just too uncomfortable! My pinky toe kept slipping out to the side cutout. By the bend of the day, I had a blister from slipping my toe back inside the shoe. Cute on your foot, but not comfortable for someone who has to be on their feet all day at work!

I was looking for a comfy walking shoe with an ankle strap...found it. Great shoe, however, the top cuts across my foot a bit tighter than I would have liked. Great with socks, if you're not wearing socks it will pinch. The shoe is a bit sweaty without socks as well. I would recommend this shoe as long as you're planning on wearing socks with it. Which compromises the "look" just a tad.

I agree with previous reviewers: these run smaller than I'm used to with Keens. Order a 1/2 size up! Will exchange mine for a larger pair.

I absolutely love Keen shoes - the styles suit me completely. At present I own 10 pairs of Keen shoes and they all fit me perfectly right out of the box - size 9. I have never had any problem with the fit and these are true to size for me. I wore them all day the first day without any problem and they are good for when sandals are not quite right. Thank you Zappos, I absolutely love your customer service and selection.

This very attractive shoe makes my foot look small, and feels comfortable, like all Keen shoes I've had. I have to return it because the strap slips on my heel. Perhaps a different size will work better.

A long time keen fan I love these shoes as an alternative to sandals because they still looked dressy. I was disappointed today to discover that the elastic had broken on one shoe and the other is soon to have the same problem. Now the straps continuously slide off.

These shoes fit true to size. I am not too keen on the synthetic material though as it has a sharper edge against my skin. The black toe piece is off center which ends up looking kind of weird.

This is my 6th pair of Keen Shoes. I work in a pharmacy and am on my feet all day. I love the comfort, fit, and support I get from Keen shoes. They are sturdy and hold up to the abuse they take at work. They are easy to clean and maintain their shape very well. Keen shoes provide the comfort of a great pair of athletic shoes, but are stylish enough to wear in a professional setting. These shoes cradle your feet in total comfort. I have purchased other pairs at full price, but you can't beat the savings and prompt delivery from Zappos.

When I first received these shoes, I was afraid that they would be too small. They were so cute that I could not bear to send them back. After two weeks, they are perfect. I was even able to wear them with thick socks recently when the evening grew chilly. The only problem I have with them is that they might be too warm for very warm weather. My feet get a little sweaty in them. I still love them.

These shoes are adorable and so comfy. I need a removable insole and this did the trick. Great with or without socks, a nice sandal like shoe
