Love how it looks, but it did not fit at all. I have other Keen shoes; these were way too tight, both in length and width. Very disappointed!

These were a lot more narrow than other Keen shoes I own. If you need a wider shoe do not buy this one. I tried going up a size but it still was too tight.

Love Keens, especially their Mary Janes & have been buying them for 5 years now. However, very disappointed in these! Like other reviewers mentioned, these were much too narrow, and hurt my toes. The fit also cut into my high arches. Wanted to love them, so sad that I can't.

After reading the reviews, I decided to order a 9 since I fluctuate between an 8 1/2 and 9. These shoes were much too tight, and I am returning without ordering another size because I am not sure if it just too small of size or a tight-fitting shoe. I am sorry they don't fit because they are very cute.

I was looking for a walking shoe that would be cute for traveling, and this shoe is perfect. I am a fan of Keen shoes but do think some of the styles can look bulky, especially at size 9. The shoe has a more streamlined look while providing comfort. No arch support, but the insole is easily removed to swap.

Exactly what I was looking for! Very comfortable, able to dress up or down, and a great color - I would consider it more of a deep red/burgundy than brown though (which I guessed from the photos, and was what I wanted anyway!). The only downside is that Keen sizes are all over the place - I am usually a 7 1/2-8, so I got these in an 8, but will have to try the 8 1/2 instead.

Love these shoes. I looked at many brands and styles of Mary Jane type sport shoes for my trip to Italy, and these are the best looking and most comfortable I found. I usually wear an 8.5, sometimes an 8, and needed to get a 9 in these. Definitely run small. But I wore them all day yesterday for the first time, didn't hurt at all. I have narrow feet, and other styles just didn't fit my foot well. And these are the best looking of all I tried. I got the chocolate chip. I finally found my travel shoes after a great hunt! But I strongly recommend ordering a larger size than normal.

Nice wide toe box. Comfortable all day. I bought a half size larger than I normally wear and it fit perfect. Didn't feel my heel spur once!

After reading reviews and ordering two pairs of these in different sizes, I figured out the problem with these: it is the insole. It is super fat and puffy and makes the shoe not fit at all. I ordered an 8.5, my usual Keen size, and they felt way too small. I then ordered a 9, and could barely get those on either. Then, I tried them with my inserts (superfeet). I usually find that the inserts take up more room, but in this case, the orthotic insert, minus puffy original Keen insole = perfect fit. I actually almost kept the 8.5, but found the length a little short - my big toe was up against the end. In the end I went with the 9 (so 1/2 size up for me) and am loving them. Cute, versatile (got the black) and not a single blister or sore spot. The edging around the top is mesh-y so has a little breath-ability to it. Love them -- it was sort of a pain to get there, but now I might have to get the red too!

Really like the look of this shoe, but it is a bit narrower and stiffer than most Keens. Took everyone's advice and got a half size larger and needed every extra millimeter. The saving grace was the liner comes out and makes room to wear socks. Still, it's a really cute fairly comfortable shoe.

I am a huge Mary Jane fan and it was time to refresh my wardrobe. I ordered multiple pairs of Keen's and settled on these for style and comfort. I can wear them with or without socks, with pants or with skirts. I take liberty and wear them to work, though maybe not a formal I they should be for my office, but I love them. Great to walk in to/from the office or when I was recently on a walking vacation. Good comfort, felt true to size.

Keens are usually wide for my narrow feet but these fit great. I will probably have to put a pad on the heel to keep it from rubbing, but otherwise very comfortable and cute.

This shoe is stylish and very comfortable. Probably best to order at least half size up to allow for comfortable wearing with socks. I took this pair to travel to Paris and Italy without breaking the shoe in and had no problem walking to various attractions and cobblestone streets. I brought the madder brown color which has warmer red tone that is more unique.

Unfortunately, I thought this shoe would work but it doesn't. 1. It has very little arch support. 2. The strap was too short and probably placed incorrectly. 3. I cut the strap off and put arch supports in the shoe and now my shin splints are back.

After reading a review I bought these shoes a half size bigger than usual and think lengthwise that was a good decision, but they are a little wide, probably fine with thick socks. Color is a reddish brown - very attractive. They are quite clunky looking, but that's what Keens are all about. They are very comfortable and I feel that I could walk all day in them.
