The all synthetic upper is extremely durable and quick drying. The patent pending toe guard offers more protection than any other sport sandal, and the multi-lug outsole will serve you well on the street, trail, river bed or boat deck. A hydrophobic foam lining is comfortable against the foot, and will not absorb water.
- Non-marking outsole rubber compound provides superior coefficient of friction for all environments.
- Razor sipped pods on outsole provide increased surface area for greater traction on smooth surfaces.
- Compression molded EVA midsole is contoured for superior comfort and support of the foot structure.
- Elastic Closure with Cord Lock creates a quick, snug fit, while allowing flexibility.
- Nylon upper wraps around foot for stability, allowing generous ventilation.
- 3M Reflective pull tabs provide added visibility during night time adventures.

The shoe is definitely worth its price tag. It is everything they says it is. It has great support for your arch and cushion for your heels. I love the toe protection. The grip these shoes have on wet/slippery terrain is amazing and they dry super quick. I have wide feet so when I first tried them on they felt a bit tight and rubbed one of my pinkie toes. After I loosened the lock laces and wore them a few days I have had no problems with them at all. They do keep your feet nice and dry even from sweat in 90+ degree weather, however, this past summer in NYC we had a heat wave and temperatures reached over 100 and up to 110 in the subway. No matter how much foot powder I used and how many times I washed my feet these shoes became so funky that I was embarrassed by my own feet. It was not just the fabric part that had begun to stink but the inside rubber sole. So I put them in a net bag and tossed them in the wash. Hung them to dry and they were like new, they wash well. No more problems! After the heat wave the odor never came back. So watch out for extreme temperatures.

I ordered three pairs of Keens to try them out. These shoes were the biggest disappointment of the bunch! All three pair of Keens were the same size; but these felt short and definitely run more narrow than the other two. In my opinion, these shoes are clearly not worth the price. They are a return, for sure.

I love these shoes! I'm kind of lazy, and sometimes just slip them on without securing the back strap. It hasn't broken or torn, they are very sturdy and feel like sneakers.

Ok, confession time... I have had a pair of Keen Newport sandals for two years. I have tried every kind of water shoe imaginable and they all gave me blisters. I have been using my keens for Water Aerobics for two years! I have hiked and walked in them and turned around popped them in the washer and wore them to Water Aerobics the next day! I take Boot Camp Water Aerobics with weights. The shoes give me great stability and keep my feet from getting torn up on the bottom of the pool. These shoes are worth every nickle!

Im pretty sure I've had a "shoe curse" my whole life. Inevitably, many of the shoes or sandals I "thought" were comfortable ended up bring horrible to wear in one way or another after awhile. I just had to give it time and. plenty of walking for my feet to kill me eventually. Well, I think I finally have hope that "shoe curse" has lifted. These Keens rock in every way, to my very particular feet. Right out of the box perfectly comfortable. I am able to wear them at work, and after 8 hours on my feet I actually feel MORE energized after work now due to my comfy feet. That's a huge thing to me that I'm not dying to take off my shoes after work or immediately have to sit down and rub my aching feet. I even left them on today after an 8 + hour shift, and cooked and cleaned in them almost forgetting i had them on. Wild, so cute too. I get compliments on them a lot.

I usually need orthotics, but wore these Keens pretty much nonstop for 3 weeks traveling in Europe. And my feet feel great. I love the happy, coral color -- more neutral than I expected, too. And you can't beat Zappos' service. They told me to order a half size up, and I'm glad I took the advice, as the shoes fit perfectly.
