I absolutely love these purple shoes! It took awhile to break in because I have a bunion, but as I read other reviews they stretch a bit. Happy feet!

I bought these shoes before a vacation, and I wore them every day, to the beach, hiking, on the ferry, and even for casual dinners. I got some compliments on my purple shoes. They were very comfortable. I would definitely encourage people, especially those with wider feet, to buy .5 size up. I bought a 9, instead of my usual 8.5, and they fit perfectly! I bought another pair of Keens after this purchase because I was so happy with their comfort and quality.

When I first got the shoes, I pulled the elastic tight. Bad idea. A tiny adjustment of the elastic and these are wonderful, comfortable shoes. And I love Zappos. Fast service; no pushy sales person.

My first pair of Keen's and sadly, I did not love them! I ordered them after my kids and I fell in love with their new Keen sandals for summer. The Newport H2 for my son, and the Venice H2 for my daughter. Fabulous! I tried these, and was not thrilled. I thought they ran too small, as many reviewers warned, but even at a half-size up they were a bit tighter than to my liking. But more than that, for the price, I found a hard bit of plastic glue type substance that I could not remove on the arch. Oh, did this make for some serious discomfort! Awful, just really painful. Not sure if the actual arch placement was also off on the right foot, though it did feel that way to me. I exchanged these for the Keen Whisper in Beet Red and now those are amazing shoes! More adjustable, pliable, comfortable, and yes, waterproof as well. Highly recommend Keen as a whole, even for my wide foot, but narrow heeled self. I will say these were super cute, in Amaranth, and I was sad to see them not work out, but the Whispers were a fabulous consolation prize! Never thought I would be caught dead in these "fugly" shoes, but I am a convert for life! Chicago summers require a concrete jungle and water friendly shoe, when you live on the lake as we do, and I have surely found that. I can walk for literal miles and splash at the beach, and walk for miles home as well. Just utter perfection! Thanks Keen! Zappos had my new pair in my hands within 24 hours and I was able to hand off the rejected pair to the UPS man at that moment, as well. Now that is utter convenience. Moreover, they did not charge my card for the extra pair in the interim, which is just great for those of us on a recession budget, particularly us stay-at-home mom's! Fit is great, but I do like the old nylon ones better, they dry much faster. If you’re not hiking through streams these are perfect. Comfortable the minute you put them on.

Best Customer Service Online HANDS DOWN! I had been trying to find a pair of Keens that fit me right for a while now. I have a larger foot therefore sizes are limited. Zappos had a ladies size 10 and I ordered and they were here the next day! Beware of this shoe, it runs extremely small. Although they did not work out, doing a return with Zappos is a snap. Thank you Zappos for being my favorite shoe store.

I've never had such fast service. They arrived the day after I ordered them. They are extremely comfortable w/ good arch support. They seem to be a little shorter than average but I'm keeping them because they're not uncomfortably short. They also run a little narrower than I expected, which is good because I have narrow feet. I'll certainly order Keen shoes again. The return policy is wonderful. I ordered 2 pair in different sizes and can send the other pair back free!! Can't beat that.

I like the cranberry color and canvas aesthetic. Comfy and breathable, with toe protection. Easy to put on, reasonably supportive, especially for a sandal.

I love these shoes! I had been wanting a pair for awhile and finally decided to buy them. My only suggestion is to go a 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear. I wear a 9.5 and they fit exactly, but there is no extra room. If I were to order them again, I would get a size 10. They were very comfortable putting them on right out of the box. I have been wearing them for a week now and have had no problems with them hurting my feet. I am very flat footed. I’ve worn them to work out in and they worked very well for that. Definitely would suggest investing in a pair!

Sized Small - Good thing I took others' advice and ordered a size larger than what is normally worn.

Best shoes I ever bought! I bought these shoes for a trip to Costa Rica and knew we were going to be walking a lot. I was able to wear them right out of the box and they never hurt my feet. We walked all day and my feet never hurt. I have a wide foot so I ordered a 1/2 size up. At first they were snug, but if you don't cinch them at all they are just right.

Keen Canvas Newports - I have worn Keens before and so ordered the same size as previously worn (size 9 women's). This pair fits a bit more snug than the others and I am wondering if I should have ordered the next size up. Has the manufacturer changed?
