Does not fit like the Newport H2. It’s more narrow and left indents in my toddler's feet. No blisters, but I didn't leave them on long enough to see if blisters would develop. Make sure fit is correct before you choose not to return.

These shoes are great looking on my son's feet, seem comfortable to him, and stay on well. The problems are they are just about impossible to put on and they leave black marks on his feet.

I also must not have read the description correctly, because I was surprised by the material of these shoes. I bought a pair for my 2 year old son and my 7 year old daughter. The material is very much like Crocs but, for my kids, they stay on much better (they can run in them). I have used them to replace Crocs (which a lot of schools and camps don\'t allow) as water\/play shoes. They are definitely more narrow than most Keens, but still run average in width. They do leave a little bit of a mark on both my kids feet.

Was so excited about these shoes for my 3 year old son. After about 20 minutes, they ripped his skin off around his ankles and left blisters. Can not get these shoes back on him, so a waste of money. The plastic Keens are not for the litte ones--they need comfort #1 as they won\'t tell you immediately if they hurt as they are excited to have new shoes. Once they begin to rub it\'s too late.

I was surprised when the Sunsport sandals arrived that they are essentially Crocs. Online it looks like they are two tone, in reality they are just gray. Not sure they are really worth the money.

These are great shoes. Unlike other sandals we tried, they didn't cause blisters and they stay on.

I didn't realize that these were all plastic. The size was right and they were easy to get on and off, but my 21 month old did not like them. We only tried them a couple of times because each time he wore them they would leave red marks on his feet. Because I needed a shoe that stayed on for daycare, I ended up going with a cloth/mesh Stride Rite shoe instead. When I say plastic, it's kind of like Crocs, except that they touch the foot, unlike Crocs.

When the 2 pairs of Stride Rites I bought for my boys last month fell apart, Zappos was great with the return process. I decided to reorder these, as my daughter has been wearing Keens (the cloth ones) for 3 years and loves them. My boys were so excited to get these shoes. My 5 year old chose the flames and my 3 year old the graphite. Unfortunately, about a week into wearing these shoes, both boys came in with their feet bleeding. These aren't just blisters, they are cuts from these shoes. We are just having terrible luck with sandals this year. I will probably try the cloth Keens next summer, but I can't spend more money now!

Brands I'd also recommend: Keens, but get the cloth ones!

My oldest son has this sandal and it has lasted him 2 summers. It is the best sandal for an active little boy. Unfortunately I need a different size for my 2 year old.

I purchased these for my 13 month old son who needed sandals for the hot Texas summers, but offered protection for his toes. These are adorable and fit him well. He seems to be fond of them too, considering all other shoes he takes off at the first opportunity. My only 'worry' would be that these are all plastic and the tops and sides of the sandal dig into his feet, leaving serious marks after wearing, even for a short time.

Had the same problem as Anonymous in Ohio. My son has a narrow foot so that was okay, but he developed an open sore right below his outer ankle bone after wearing these. I couldn't believe that an all plastic shoe could do that so I gave them a rest, let the sore heal up and let him wear his other H2 Keens he normally wears. Went to try these again and sure enough the sore he had opened back up! Plus the red marks on the tops of his feet were also a pain. Returning these and sticking with the H2s for summer. Crocs don't work so well for him - they make his feet way too sweaty and are too easy for him to take them off.
