I like these, but I am a little concerned because the dark grey part is fraying outside the stitching, so it seems to be cosmetic. I just hope it doesn't become functional.

My 3 year old son loves these shoes! They are slightly heavier than tennis shoes, but they seem to be very durable and appear to be holding up well. We were pleased with customer service and are happy that he has his orange shoes.

Very happy with this purchase for my 4 year old. Excellent quality, great look. He is supposed to be 10 1/2 and size 11 was the good size for him and these shoes seem to run small.

I bought two pair of these shoes for my twin boys. I like the style and the boys like the 'sticky' bottoms for climbing things. The only trouble is that they are hard for the boys to get on without help. It seems like the opening is small and the loosening mechanism is tight, requiring more manual dexterity than their 4 year old hands have.

The perfect school shoe for boys! These shoes look even better in person. They have a nice semi-shoe look, with all the comfort of an athletic/sneaker shoe. I order the grey/pink for my 9 year old daughter as well. These shoes are not as wide as other Keen shoes - which was a good thing for me.

Light and flexible shoe. The tongue doesn't open up as far as velcro straps and so my son has a hard time getting them on. But once he has them on, he likes to wear them.

I have bought Keen sandals for my three boys for years and my oldest has worn a Keen shoe before as well. We love Keen's and the Parker's are really cute, the colors are great. I did give them 4 stars because they are pretty hard to get on my 5 year old's feet. I really have to struggle with them which is never a good thing with a busy little boy. One other downside of this and the other Keen shoe I've had experience with is the bungee straps are a bit difficult to tuck underneath the straps. If you have a manicure, you can say goodbye to that. Otherwise, they are great shoes and I'd still recommend them.

I bought these for my son to wear to preschool and on dressier occasions. They are great shoes! He has no problem getting them on and off by himself which is a plus on busy mornings. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of Keen shoes for children. I ordered this same shoe in the next size up for when he outgrows the current pair. Once summer arrives, we will switch to Keen sandals for all of my kids!

My son is very picky about shoes and he loves these. Comfortable from day 1 and they are holding up really well. I bought size 13 in this and another Keen style, and these seem slightly larger, but it could just be the different designs/construction. Overall, we're not a huge fan of the bungee lacings, but at least these are durable and not too long.
