Very comfortable for my son who has wide feet with high arch. I got size 9, his real size now is 8-8.5. However, with thick socks, size 9 wouldn't fit, but I didn't expect it anyway. I bought this pair for cold weather (not snow winter) when regular boots will be too cold to wear.

I received the black Kootenay, and I couldn't be any happier. My son is 3 years old and a size 10. They fit perfectly. They are wide in the front which is perfect for my son's wide feet. They slip on and off and appear to be so cozy. I love Keen! They are a bit pricey, but I'm always happy with the quality. You won't be disappointed.

My four-year-old son loves these. Easy to get in and out of, comfy bubble (comfortable) and warm and waterproof to boot! I had these in purple for my daughter a couple of years ago and she loved them, too. Unfortunately, they aren't available in cute colors anymore. :( You won't be disappointed in these.

My kids love them this will be their second year with a pair. They can put them on and off themselves and say they are comfy and have never said they were cold (MN). Ages 2 and 4.

Good durable boots for kids. Velcro strap is convenient and allows easy off easy on for little ones too.

These shoes are great! My 3 year old and 4 year old each have a pair. They used them to trek around in the Wisconsin snow while we were on vacation, and now use them on the colder rainy Florida days, waterproof and easy enough for them to put on by themselves. I love Keen's shoes!

My 2.5 year old loves them! Very light and don't give any problems with walking (like other heavy shoes). They keep the feet warm, although during long walks in freezing temperature I put extra sock, just to be on a safe side. I love them too.

I bought these for my 5 year old kindergardner and he absolutely loves them. The teacher especially likes the velcro!! They are not bulky like snow boots but keep his feet warm during the winter months. A great alternative to sneakers.

They are awesome shoes. The lining does not go down into the shoe, it doesn't line the whole shoe, just the top cuff, but the shoes still seem nice. My kids wear them out in MN with smartwool type socks, and to school with Hanes, they seem fine in that. The shoes are easy on/off my 3 year old does it himself now that we went to velcro. They are good fit too.

These are the perfect shoes for my 3 year old. He can get them on/off by himself with the single strap. They look nice with everything he wears, and they are great outdoor shoes. They have been played in pretty rough, and they don't show a single mark! Highly recommend!!!

My boys loved these boots, they kept their feet warm on 23 F degree weather and never complained about their feet being cold or getting tired while walking on Disney's Magic Kingdom and Island of Adventure the following day, so I highly recommend these boots, oh they also thought they were cool looking. My boys are 9 and 6 years old, hope the review helps.(runs true to size and no think socks are needed).

Great boots. My 4 year old son loves them. He prefers to wear these even on relatively mild days. He wore them today for the first time in the snow. After at least an hour of making snow balls and playing in the snow, his feet were dry and warm.
