Super cute shoe and I think it will be, like all other Keen shoes my family has owned, fabulous! This does seem to run about 1/2 size to maybe even 1 size small. My daughter has a pair of Whispers in 10 with 1/4-1/2 inch of room in the toe but will need an 11 in these.
Brands I'd also recommend: Salomon, Vasque, The North Face, Asolo

Such a great shoe that I bought it for the 2nd year in a row. My daughter wears orthotics on her feet and the "bungee" laces are great for stretching to accommodate the orthotic and also securing tightly (and staying tight). In addition to the great quality and sturdy fit they're super cute. Always get lots of compliments on them.
Brands I'd also recommend: Jumping Jacks, Ecco, Stride Rite

Love Keen shoes for my kids! They're easy to clean, durable and safe with the reinforced toe. Had another version of Keens for the summer, more like a sandal. I sought out these for the fall and winter. Perfect for preschool! Will continue buying Keens...absolutely love them!

Solid little shoe. My daughter has a narrow foot especially in the heel and these shoes cinched right up. She is a girlie girl and wears them for her kindergarten hike days, and for family hikes. Love these sturdy shoes.

Bought these for my 4 year old for hiking/camping and everyday play. She finds them comfy so far. I thought they were cuter in person than in the photos on-line. We've been very happy so far with all the Keen shoes purchased for our family. This shoe seemed to run pretty true to size as well.
