The canvas is super cool and appropriate for my 2.5 year old son! He loves them and always picks them over any other pair. These sneakers are comfortable and the velcro is strong and keeps these Keens on! We love them! I always get a half or whole size bigger when buying for my son, totally lasted all summer and plus without outgrowing them. By the way, Zappos is awesome, we got them much earlier than we expected! Darling shoe! Our son is a Wide to Extra Wide and he has plenty of room in these and he says they are comfortable. He's 3 1/2 but he knows what "works" for him and what doesn't. Great find!

My son really loves these shoes--they are a little tougher for him to get off than some of his others, which is definitely a plus. The neutral colour goes with everything and really hides the dirt, too. He\'s got narrow feet, but the velcro strap can be pulled snug across his foot. We will definitely order another pair when he outgrows these! A great purchase!

This is a great shoe for an active toddler like our son. These are his everyday, rough and tumble shoe and they've held up great. Easy to put on and take off. He outgrew his first pair and is well into his second and when he outgrows these, we'll get another pair.

I bought these shoes for my one-year-old son who has very wide, fat feet. They fit wonderfully! I wanted something universal, that he could wear with jeans, pants or athletic pants and these were perfect. I get compliments on them all the time. We bought a pair of these in black last year and they have been great. Fit well from day one, and really stood up to wear and tear. We're moving to the next size up now. And yes, my toddler, too, has thick feet!

My kid lives in these! He has had them in multiple sizes, and loves them. They have a nice wide toe box for little toes, which need to spread out for balance and have room to grow. The elastic and Velcro fastening keeps them snugly on his foot without pinching.

Our son has been wearing these for a few months now and they've been a great shoe. Very durable shoe and the keen toe cap is great for when he's crawling around. The blue goes with everything, so all around a great shoe. Liked them so much, we just ordered the next size up.

Our son is 14 months and this shoe really rubbed his skin on the upper part of the shoe. The canvas is stiff, not soft so it didn't give and dug into his heel and sides of feet. We didn't try it with socks and didn't give it a chance to break in so our experience may be different but out of the box, this was not a comfortable shoe for our son.

Cannot even express how much we love these shoes! My toddler has very narrow feet and it has been next to impossible to find shoes that don't fall off every few minutes. Until we found these! They stay put from the time I velcro them on til the time I velcro them off. My son loves them and smiles when I put them on and says, shoes. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.
