Great shoes. My son runs around in them comfortably all day long. They are a little bit hard to get on though. Maybe order a size up.

Bought these for my little guy, age 2.5, and they are great! Love how they look and how rugged they are. The day they arrived, we went on a hike! They offered great support and protection. He also wore them on a rainy day recently and had a great time splashing in puddles, but his feet stayed dry. I think they will be a great alternative to boots in winter. The only issue is that they are a little hard to get on and not a lot of extra room to get his foot and heel in, but we make it work!

My 5 1/1 year old loves these shoes! Easy to put on/take off and very well made. Much lighter than Keen Skyline, which we bought for my other son. Long-time fan of Keen and Zappos!

Awesome shoe, fits well on my little one who has chubby feet and runs nonstop! Typical Keen quality. Pricey but you're paying for a great shoe.

I bought these for my 3 1/2 year old son last year. I heard they ran small, so I ordered up (he was in a 10-10 1/2 so I ordered an 11). They fit him all last year, and he is still wearing them this fall. They look great, and he loves them (he is now 4 1/2)! Great investment. We had always purchased Merrills for the kids, but the colors did not hold up to dirt. Keen is a much better choice overall!

I am typically a fan of Keen Shoes, however, I was not a fan of these shoes. My son complained of discomfort. The shoes do not open up enough, therefore making it difficult to put them on. They are going back.

This is a good, solid and comfortable shoe for my 2-3 year old boy. I got them a little big, but the adjustable cord makes sure they stay on ok. They are a little heavier than his old New Balance sneakers but good for Chicago winters and day care. My son likes them and can get them on and off himself. They are a quality shoe that can be dressed up or worn for play.

I really wanted to love these shoes but they were very hard them on my toddler to the point where it hurt his foot to get it in, but once on they look good and rugged and my son didn't complain to wear them. My son was almost a size 8 so that is what I ordered and his feet aren't too chubby. The draw string is useless to make the shoe easier to get on. In the picture there looks like there is quite a bit of slack but really it doesn't do much good. Because the shoe was such a pain to get on (for both of us) he didn't get much use out of them. I also think it is kind of hard to tell when they have out grown the shoe since you can't really feel where the toes are because the front is so stiff and rubbery. My older son who is a size 2 with narrow feet has had no complaint with this same shoe and doesn't mind wearing them, but even with his skinny narrow feet he has to put a little extra effort to put them on.
