These are heavy duty kayak shoes for cool weather. They are comfortable and easy on the feet. Just a little bit short, however that could be me. Anyone looking for comfort kayaking or canoeing in cold water should buy these boots.

These are nice boots for paddling. You can get out and not get much sand into these boots pulling the kayak onto shore or launching. There are three adjustable straps for a custom fairly tight fit. I have thin ankles, and the top adjustment could be even a little tighter for me. You can even walk a fair distance in these as they are comfortable. They provide good traction in water or on land. Overall I am very pleased.

I have been out in these boots about half a dozen times and so far they have performed nicely. They afford good traction on wet rock, dries out nicely and are comfortable to wear all day. I use them for wet wading/fishing. Be advised that, for me, they ran a size or two small.
Brands I'd also recommend: Keen Newport, Keen Newport H2, Keen Kanyon

Shoe fit is a bit smaller than described. I usually wear a 10.5 in Keen, but according to the fit chart, a 10 should have worked. Toes were tight against the end of the shoe. Because I have narrow feet/ankles even with all the different buckles/Velcro these shoes have I couldn't get them tight around my heel/ankle.

Great boot for kayaking from Keen. Lots of sticky traction yet still not that big of a boot. Really dial in the fit with the strap system. Great for scrambling on rocks. Would like a closer fitting top to prevent sand from filtering in over the top.
