I have several Keen shoes in a style similar to this shoe. I purchased all of them in a size 7 and they all have a fantastic fit. So I purchased these shoes in a size 7 and the fit was great except for one thing. They were too short. So I returned the size 7 and reordered in a 7 1/2. I could not keep these on my feet. They were way too big even with a pair of socks. I really liked this shoe - the style seemed quite versatile but the size was just not right. There was at least an inch difference in the 7 1/2 versus the 7. The size seven seemed to be a half size to small and the size 7 1/2 a half size too big.

I usually order a 1\/2 size larger than I normally wear and it works fine. Very comfortable Ballerina style. Love the color.

I love the style of this shoe: however the back of the heel does dig in and they hurt my foot. Also, I wear a 9 1\/2, and they don\'t stay on my feet, but I can just tell if I went down to a size 9, they would be too short. I guess I am a 9.25 ... but that\'s beside the point. They hurt and they are going back tomorrow. Zappos, you do everything right ...

I bought these to be comfortable work flats. I am a sales rep and walk quite a bit for work. So far they are not quite as comfortable as my other Keens but I think they just need to break in a bit. I did not wear them with socks which may be the issue. I think they look great with black pants. Professional and much more comfortable than traditional flats

This was exactly the shoe I ordered. It's cute, the color is great, and I like that thicker Keen sole and profile. They need a little breaking in, but that is to be expected.

Read some of the other comments. When I got the shoes out of the box the heel was stiff and consequently I compensated by my toes rubbing the front of the shoe. I got so frustrated with the blisters on my heels that I stomped down on the heels. Voila. All problems solved. Wore them street walking all over Ireland with no problems.

I absolutely love this shoe. The color goes with everything. It is so good looking. I can walk in water and keep my feet dry (washing kitchen floor). An all around comfortable everyday shoe.

This was my first pair of Keen's and I love these shoes! I teach and spend a lot of time on my feet, and these are the only shoes (aside from tennis shoes) that don't leave my feet sore at the end of the day. There was zero break in time needed, they felt good and were soft and flexible from the first wear. I also like the way they look, I can wear them at work with my slacks, but also wear them on the weekend with a pair of jeans and a sweater. I would recommend them to anyone who loves Keens, spends a lot of time on their feet, or needs a basic black flat that can withstand a little more abuse than the delicate satin ones most places sell.

I love these shoes. I am a Keen fan and had been looking for a ballet flat with support. These shoes did not let me down. As always with Keen, they were perfect from the first day. I am going to get another color of the same shoe. Also, I received them within 24 hours of ordering them. Wow!

I love Keens, so it was a no-brainer for me to try these shoes. They are super cute, and I've received lots of compliments on them. I remember reading a review about the back of the heel, and it being slightly uncomfortable - which I would agree. It does rub on my foot, but I've yet to had a blister or anything. I have a wide foot, and these fit right out of the box, so if you have a narrow foot or just normal they will probably feel too loose for you. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I love Zappos because they allow me to try many different shoes before settling on the ones that I like the best. GO ZAPPOS!

I wanted to like these shoes. Really I did! When I got them and first put them on I thought they looked super cute with leggings. I have several pairs of summer-style Keens and was looking for something I could wear into the fall, but these disappointed me. The back of the heel is very stiff and uncomfortable. I could not see me lasting in these shoes for very long so I will return them and try again! Oh-also, I thought they were true to size as long as you are not wearing socks with them. Otherwise I would suggest going up a half-size.

I was a bit wary after reading the reviews, ordered both 7.5 and 8 and kept the 8's. They are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I've worn in over ten years. I have always loved Keens, these look so comfortable. I could deal with the heel blister but the ache in my big toe joint was too much. I brought extra shoes to work the first day I wore them a full day, and by lunch my feet hurt so badly I hardly wanted to walk all the way to the parking lot to swap the, out. The shoe "bends" in a bad spot for my foot, the arch offers little support. It is very upsetting because they are such a good looking work shoe and nice color.

These are wonderful for wide feet with high arches.\r\n\r\nWish the tread were a little different. They can be slippery on wet surfaces.

I like the color, quality, and look of the shoe. Unfortunately, the toe box is just a bit short for my toes, and going to the next size up will be too large.

I ordered these shoes at 8:00 one evening and received them 14 hours later. It was amazing. Also, the shoes are very comfortable. They required very little breaking in and are very durable. The color on the screen is very accurate. Also, Keen is just a great brand in general.

These shoes are comfortable and good looking. Unfortunately they are really too big, but I'm sure a smaller size would have been tight.
