I'm keeping these size 9 boot for style, function and comfort. Relative to the Keen normal sizing (which perhaps generally runs a bit large), I think these boots run normal. I'm 5'11" with 14.5" calves. I have 8.5-9 sized feet that are narrow with a high arch. I love the comfortably supportive and snug fit on my foot. I don't want to take these boots off! The shaft could be higher for my height, but the height of the shaft looks okay as is. I do wish the shaft was about an inch narrower at the top to fit closer to my calf, but again, it is just close enough to get by without looking too gappy to keep. I bought black. Leather is very nice quality with matte finish. Design of the foot portion makes feet look smaller than they are. They look cute with casual dresses, skirts, leggings, skinny jeans. I think they will have great utility over the winter as well. Photo doesn't do the boots justice. If you want comfort, quality, utility and reasonable style that is more sporty than dressy, these are cuter in person than they look in the photo. For me, a good find, finally, after trying probably a dozen other black boots this fall!

Not what I expected from Keen. The toe box if very narrow. I have a wide foot and have been able to wear Keen in the past, however, I recently sent back two different pairs of boots because the toe box was to narrow. If you need a wider shoe/boot I would not buy these boots. To bad, because otherwise they are nice boots.

I absolutely love these! I was so excited to see how everyone said these were so narrow because I have ordered six pairs of boots to try in the past few months and they are all baggy and wide (even though they were not a wide width). I would agree that they are narrow since they fit my freak ankles and feet. I am no twig but my calfs, ankles and feet must be disproportionately thin for size 10 boots. I could run in these! They are so perfect for casual leggings and sweaters this winter. I am pregnant and needed comfortable boots that are also useful and of good quality. Keen never lets me down! But I have Keen leather slip ons and ballet-style shoes that I feel are wider than average so it seems maybe these boots are a "try and see for yourself" kind of thing.

I wear a size 11+ and even though I have a pair of Keen sandals in size womens 11 and a pair of snow boots in womens 11 these were too tight across the foot. The style is adorable, the craftsmanship is amazing, but they are just too small for my giant lady feet.

Best boots ever. I have worn them nearly every day for 3 weeks - especially great for travel, when you only want to have to take one pair of footwear with you - can dress up or down with many different outfits. LOVE THEM. Very comfortable.

I really wanted to love these boots. They're not bad... but I don't have the budget this year to keep a boot that is just okay. They definitely run small... I'm a 9.5 and I needed a 10. They are a bit tight over the ball of the foot, but this might loosen up over time. They are decently comfortable, more comfortable than they Frye and Born boots I tried. They look okay, sort of utilitarian snow boot feel trying to look a little bit upscale. Full disclosure. I have a wide foot and muscular calves, and they fit with enough room to tuck in a pair of skinny jeans.
