I was looking for a Keen sandal that I could wear walking about town and for the evening while traveling. While this shoe will certainly fit the bill with a cute sundress for dinner, I don't think it has the support to handle long walks on pavement or rough streets. it does have the comfy Keen footbed but the ankle strap does not secure the shoe securely enough to my foot to keep it in place. It is a cute shoe and if I only needed it to slip on for an evening out it would be a keeper but I need double duty sandals when I travel. I will stick to my Emerald City sandals instead!

Leather is hard and stiff and strap does not fit snugly around heel and foot area causing shoe to flop as you walk rubbing ankle.

Love these! My feet have never been so happy. I was a little worried at first, because I had wrapped the heel straps wrong, and I could hear velcro scratching with every step. That would have been annoying enough, that I considered returning them. But I returned to this site, and studied the pictures, and figured out that I needed to wrap the long side twice around my ankle before bringing up the other side to fasten it. Now, they are super comfortable, and don't make any noise when I walk. Love them!
Brands I'd also recommend: I have 4 pairs of Keens now, and will be faithful until they quit making shoes.

Nice idea...found them much too loose in toe area...and heel moves around. Not for high arches...no support. Usually 8.5 in regular shoes and 8 in sandals - found them true to size.

I have narrow flat feet so finding sandals to fit is difficult. These sandals are slightly loose across the toe but the comfortable ankle wrap strap insures a secure fit. I always receive compliments on these sandals every time I wear them. I love these sandals and Zappos for their excellent service!

These are cute sandals but they do not work with narrow feet. The length is true to size but the bottom part of the ankle wrap is wide and even making them as tight as possible, they look loose and do not hold my feet in the shoes when I walk. The foot bed would be comfortable though for someone with wider feet. But my pair is going back.
