Love my new Keens. These are my 2nd pair. They don\'t have as much arch support as I had hoped. But they are still very comfortable and cute. Zappos was an excellent service. I got the shoes in 3 days! Excellent. I have ordered other shoes through Zappos and have gotten the same service. Highly recommend them.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have a narrow foot, so I wear them with walking socks which works fine. They are nice looking and go with me on trips all over the world. After a day\'s touring, my feet are still happy.

I feel absolutely terrible. I own five pairs of Keens and they are ALL I have worn for the past 5 years. I needed a pair of 'dressier' shoes and felt these would be ok and I'd have another pair of Keens! The style is fine, but they are not comfortable at all. They are shorter than the other styles in the same size and do not have the arch support of my other Keens. They are also narrower and pinch my toes. The problem may be the sizing, but I actually had to return them as they just don't have that 'Keen feel'...

I love these shoes. It didn't take very long to break in. These shoes are very comfortable to wear and they accommodate my problem feet. I have a very high instep and need to wear custom orthotics.

This is a great shoe. It is wide, has great arch and side support and is very comfortable. I got it days before a NY trip and had no problem wearing it out of the box. It is not the most beautiful pair of shoes, but it is casual, neat and playful looking. I took the advice of others and ordered it a half size larger than I usually wear in Keens and glad I did.

Runs short - I wish this shoe fit! It was really comfortable when I put it on--with the exception that my big toe was squished on my "big" foot. I bought an 11, and wear between a 10 1/2 and 11--often, 11's are big for me. So, this felt like a 10. Also, the black had red stitching--something I didn't notice before buying...just something to be aware of.

A great casual shoe! I love this shoe, but it is a little wide. However, once I put my orthotics under the insoles, they fit just great. I wear a size 9, but ordered these in a 9.5 and the length was perfect.

Comfy and light - I'm really happy with these shoes. They're great for walking because they are so light - they weigh practically nothing. I'm not too crazy about the rubber going over the toe, and the stitching is pink, but I'm happy I bought them.

Charleston Mary Jane- Just What I Was Looking For - I ordered three other pairs of shoes of different styles, sizes, and brands, returning all of them until I put these on. So comfortable! I did not order a half size up in these and am glad I stuck with my regular size. I wear these all day, nearly every day. The toe cap is not as "elf-like" as some other Keen shoes and is more dressy. The black color is not a deep, deep black; more of a dark dusty charcoal. I am very happy with the water resistant feature-- In terms of comfort, I like these better than my Keen Newport sandals, which, oddly enough I am not crazy about. Zappos service is just great.

I love the presidio but wanted a dressier looking shoe for work. This is true to size and nothing fits like Keen.

Good with thick socks - I like these shoes very much. They are my first Keens. However, they are sloppy big on my narrow heels, causing uncomfortable rubbing unless I wear thick socks. (I am a long slender built person with a size 11 foot; it has been hard until now to find women's Keens that were long enough!) I will experiment with adding heel cushions, but am not hopeful this will be sufficient to wear the shoes without socks, which I would be delighted to be able to do. Other than that, they are great! Very light weight, and cute.

Blisters!!!! I'm an avid Keen wearer and I'm completely disappointed with this style. I got horrible blisters and the keen quality of a comfortable sole is what I was looking for and did not find it. They also seemed very narrow.

Works with orthotics! The insole can be removed, and the shoe is deep enough to accommodate a fairly thick orthotic. Nice looking and fairly comfortable, too. Seem well made. I'm pleased with them.

Would love to have more - When I first put this shoe on it felt a bit short, but wearing for a while they are just fine. I am a merrell shoe lover, but I think the keen has them beat. This is my first pair of Mary Janes. Get lots of compliments on them. I need to use my orthotic in all shoes. Don't ever believe that you can use any kind of shoe to put an orthotic in... I have heard some Dr's say this. NOT TRUE. I am sure more of you could attest to that. I have narrow feet so I just use thick socks. They are a bit loose with just light socks but still ok... I am looking for some more keens... will keep buying them... Not too crazy about the look of the sandals. Have to look for a Keen that looks a bit better for the hot weather.

Girlie shoes for big footed big striding women - These shoes are feminine and walkable as well, unlike many current choices w/heels or platforms. My Keens are also waterproof. They buff off clean but look cute, not schlumpy.

Very Comfortable Shoe - Great comfortable Mary Jane from Keen. This style did come up smaller than the other Keen Mary Jane styles do. I did have to re-order a half size up from what would normally fit me. Other than that, I am looking forward to getting lots of wear from this show this fall/winter.

Like the look, is comfortable, but a bit more narrow - I like the look of the Charleston and bought it in a size 7. I also recently bought the Calistoga in a 6 1/2 and it fits fine with a nice wide toe area. I am able to fit my orthotic in both, but the Charleston seems a bit more narrow so not quite a comfortable… but very nice.

Cute shoes - I like the look of these shoes, a little dressier than lace-ups but not too formal. I like the comfort of these shoes, but they don't have quite as much cushioning as other Keens I've worn. I tried substituting Dr. Scholl's gel insoles and found that they were less comfortable than the insole that came with the shoe. On days when I'm willing to sacrifice a little comfort for convenience and style, these are perfect.

Perfect! I've been wearing Calistoga’s for awhile, but I've lost a lot of weight in the last year. When I bought a new pair, they were much too wide. I decided to try the Charleston and I've found my new favourite keen. These feel better than any of the other keens I own (seven pairs) - they arch support is excellent, the width is comfortable without being huge, and the low profile makes them look a little smaller and more delicate looking than the Calistoga’s. I'll be getting a black pair of them next week!

Perfect for Prescription Orthodics - I was looking for a stylish, everyday shoe and was thrilled to find this one! From reading other Zappos reviews, I was afraid that my normal size would be too small, so I ordered a pair in my normal size and another pair a half size larger. Not only did my normal size fit, but my orthotic works perfectly inside. My podiatrist told me to wear a slightly higher heel for my plantar fasciitis and this shoe's heel height is perfect, especially with my orthotic. I am really enjoying the fit and style of this shoe and would highly recommend it. How can you go wrong with Zippo’s great customer service?
