Let me say first that over the years I have worn a total of seven pair of Keens...and at 78 years, they are still my favorites and are still like new. So I ordered the Catalina Boat shoe and was so surprised that it did not present the perfect fit. Its stitching rubbed both of my small toes so I couldn't wear them. I tried to fix the problem by taping black duck tape and it still managed to irritate my feet. So I called to ask if I could return them and was amazed with the response I got. The Customer Service woman credited my account and then said I should donate them somewhere because I had taped the insides...wow! I am very impressed with the wisdom at Zappos. Someone will be able to wear them and they are great looking shoes. I feel badly that they didn't fit and I don't really have a wide foot. Traditionally, I wear a size 8B in Keens shoes but for what ever the reason they just weren't going to work. The thing is Zappos is the very first store that has decided to share their wealth in this practical way to make the shoes work for someone. Thank you for that. I will try again to shop with you...like your attitude!

I think these are peculiar looking. The heel is strange and the fit is not like a glove. I would look at many other Keens first.

I am not sure if these are just sized a bit off, or if they just hurt anyone's feet. Only discomfort is on my big toes! Returning...they are really cute and will probably just size up and see if that helps.

Super comfortable! Perfect red color - not too bright and not too dark. They feel like slippers with that already worn in feel. If you need arch support, these wouldn't be a good choice. Love them!

This is the second pair of Keens I have purchased and I can say that I will keep coming back for more. These boat shoes are cute and comfortable. I am tempted to buy a second pair because I am going to wear the first pair out.

I love them! I'm impressed by the quality. I ordered a half size larger to be able to slip on and off easier. I get compliments on them all the time.

I love my Keens for hiking, but this was my first foray into a basic shoe. I have a lot of trouble with boat shoes, so this was a welcome change. They are flexible and look great with a casual outfit. I don't think I would want to wear them all day if on my feet the whole time, but they are good for running errands or socializing. My feet got wider while pregnant, and have not gone back, and these fit nicely.
