I really wanted to love this bag, but instead I'm returning it. The design is really cute and it's just the right size. However, the buckle on the side of the bag that lets you adjust the length of the shoulder strap is either purely decoration or does not work. So, with the broken buckle the strap has to be super long. Also, the shoulder strap has very little padding. All in all, if I'm going to spend this much on a messenger bag I want it to be flawless. It's a lovely looking bag though and has lots of pockets inside but I couldn't get over the problems with the strap.

This size and shape of this bag suits all of my needs. I need to be able to carry a laptop, binder, and sometimes books, and I can fit everything I need in this bag, plus a bottle of water. The adjustable strap works very well and is comfortable. The bottom of the bag is supportive and keeps a flat shape when you set it down. The bag arrived exactly as it is pictured on the site. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this bag just before leaving on a business trip. I was looking for a new work bag that was more comfortable for carrying my work laptop. I was specifically interested in the padded/adjustable shoulder strap (which I love). The adjustment mechanism works fine for me and can easily adjust to a comfortable carrying height if carrying the bag over your shoulder or across your body. It was easy to access my laptop when going through TSA security at the airport and had lots of pockets to fit the other things I wanted to carry with me. Since my trip - I am using the bag daily going to work. It holds my lunch, computer, papers, wallet - just about everything I need to bring with me. I love the orange interior and the brown is a nice change from seeing so many black bags. I would recommend the bag. The only negative I can think of is the cell phone pocket on the back of the bag is not large enough to hold an iPhone and is therefore unused by me.
