These are so comfortable, but, alas, so unattractive. They would be extremely practical shoes for people who need to stand on their feet all day and don't care about style. I need to be on my feet all day, but these look too much like "nurse's shoes" (no offense to nurses) to wear at my place of work. So I am returning them.

I love this shoe! It's exactly what it says it is. I have two pairs of Keen shoes and one boot and this shoe and I'm very happy with the quality and style. There's lots of toe room, and they're still comfy with thicker socks.

Ever since I broke my ankle several years ago, I've had to drastically alter my shoe choices, and Keens are one of the few brands I can always wear. I actually got these for work, as they're quirky and cute and very comfortable. They're only getting more comfy the longer I wear them.

Have ordered two pairs of this shoe. Both were the most comfortable shoe ever purchased. Biggest problem is the stitching in the front (where the shoe bends at the toes) comes un-done on this style. This happened to both my pairs. Other than that...the toe box is roomy, something I got used to and now other shoes feel tight. First pair lasted 18 months (daily use, all day, mostly indoors, but hiking trails too), second pair lasted 14 months (again, daily use). Don't get me wrong, they are both still usable, just the sole is wearing holes and the stitching in the front is coming undone. These shoes worked fine with my inserts. Hope Keen re-enforces the stitching...that would make this shoe perfect. I wear this shoe under flare jeans (very cute!), with skinny jeans (and my shoe size of 9.5) these would look clunky.

I love this shoe. The first one I ordered from Zappos was defective, the stitching on the top of one shoe was too tight. It was very easy to return and get new ones. The new ones are perfect. I used to get shin splints walking hills, but with these shoes = no shin splints.

Excellent support. Non slip sole and great for posture. After two foot surgeries and a knee surgery this shoe is my choice for out and out comfort and fit. I work on concrete floors and they are wonderful!

I love this shoe. I just ordered a second pair in another color. I have very hard-to-fit feet with bunions and a hammer toe. These are wide enough for me, and very comfortable in the toe. The leather for the brown shoe is very soft. I wore them immediately; they needed no breaking in. I order wide shoes when available, but these fit perfectly.

I work as a security guard and walk up to 9 miles a day. Since I am 55 years old this had become a strain on my legs. The Keen Briggs II brought an immediate reduction in my leg pain. They are a little high around the ankle, but insoles solved that problem. I have been wearing them for a month and am very pleased so far.

I've had this shoe before. It's very rugged though it runs a 1/2 size small. Saved my life walking on Eastern Europe's cobblestones.

I am on my feet all day and these shoes are the best by far! My feet don't hurt after a long day at all. The only problem I have is that there are only two colors available of this shoe.

These shoes have been the best for my really bad feet that I have. This will make it my 3rd pair of Briggs. I must say I do miss the other style of Briggs and color other colors. People would come up and ask me about my shoe all the time.

I've been a Zappos customer for a few years now and am still amazed with the great service. I am not one to ever write reviews, so this really is a first. Zappos is the best at customer service - bar none, period. I was just recently in a huge work meeting about how to serve a patient, the bosses asked "where have you had the best customer service experience?" I immediately thought Zappos but of course too shy to raise my hand. In the next slide that showed the top six companies known for their great customer service was Zappos. So I know I'm in the right place, thanks Zappos.

I bought these shoes, and they are great. They are very comfortable and wide. They look great with jeans and also slack pants. I recommend these shoes.
