I usually wear size 7 and have normal arch. I had to order 7.5 because the strap was a bit too tight for me. Although the length of my feet is a bit smaller than the shoes, with the strap, I feel like I have a good support. It looks really cute. Two things: it makes my feet sweat (my feet generally don't sweat). One other thing is the back of one side is poking back of my foot, but it may go away once I break them in...

This is an adorable shoe but it runs quite small - I ordered a half size larger and it still just barely fits. I haven't decided if I'll keep it. It does have very good padding and support.

I really like the casual look of these shoes and the black looks quite nice with the light blue lining showing at the edges. However, I am having a few problems with them. Firstly, even though I purchased them half a size larger than my usual size, they still feel a bit tight. Because they are made of fabric, I don't think they are going to stretch enough to make them really comfortable and I think another half size bigger again might make them too loose. The second problem I am having with them is that, although they have a mesh outer, the lining is very thick and they make my feet hot very quickly. And thirdly, the arch support doesn't feel as though it is in the right place on the shoe - it hits my foot right towards the back of my arch (it feels and looks as if it is set too far towards the back of the shoe). I still like the appearance of the shoe and can wear them for short periods, but I think they need some design improvements, particularly the placement of the arch support.
