I honestly have not even opened the package, so this review is not so much for the shoes but more for Zappos. I ordered them last night at 10:00 PM, sleepy and exhausted from the day with my seven month old. This morning, on my way out to his swim class, I found that they had arrived! I am beyond pleasantly shocked and reminded of why I always order from Zappos. Now I have to go try them on...

Great fit! I normally wear a narrow width, but this M width runs narrower...which is ideal for my foot. In addition, more arch support than other Keen ballerina shoes. Love the Woodbine color. Ordered the shoe yesterday afternoon and arrived at my doorstep 3pm today, again great service!

The eggplant/wine color of these shoes was quite lovely and rich in person. It's too bad that the heel came up too high on to my Achilles tendon. The heel was so high that it rubbed on the underside of my ankle bones, as well. It was almost as if my foot sat too low inside the shoe.

I've been disappointed in Keens lately. I had a pair similar to these that I wore out because they were so incredibly comfortable. But I haven't been able to reproduce that experience.

Always love Keen shoes. Once in a while I find a pair narrower than others but not these. They run true to size and really like the color.

The shoes have good arch support but are too narrow in the toe. Keen made a ballerina shoe like this in the past two years with a much wider toe that was more comfortable. Glad I bought 3 pair of the previous shoes!
