I have had a great experience buying shoes from Zappos. The two greatest things other than the prices are the way Zappos communicates with you to ensure that you are aware where your purchase is. The second thing is the return policy is made simple. I will never buy shoes any other way. I am a Zappos customer for life.

The Keen Alki Slip On is ideal for anyone looking for a durable and comfortable casual shoe. I'm on my feet all day and the support and comfort of the Alki helps keep me standing. It's true to size but has just a tiny bit of wiggle room that allows for winter style socks on wet, cold days.

Excellent casual shoe nice enough for work. A bit loose in the heel because of the clog construction but still a good shoe for walking. The oiled waterproof leather looks good and has come in handy during those snowy, slushy days. My only criticism would be of the cantilevered outside heel, which to me feels like I've worn it down already.

I'm a six foot tall woman who wears a men's size 11.5, so it's hard to find attractive unisex shoes. The style of this pair isn't so bad though. Very comfortable. The heel does slip with every step, like in a clog; I tried sizing down a half size, but that pair was too small. I would stick with your regular size.

I ordered these for my husband for Christmas. Good arch support, runs true to size, which is good since I ordered him an 11 and we got a 10. Not as roomy in the toes as other Keen styles, comfortable just the same. Wish I could find a place to order new inserts for his older Keens?

This is a great shoe with on major flaw. The back of the shoe rubs my Achilles heel area and makes blisters. If it had some padding in this area it would be a great walking and every day clunking around shoe. It is a great slip on shoe and is comfortable other than this one flaw; one you do not discover until you use it and then it is too late to return.

I bought these shoes for my husband for X-mas. He loves Keens and has a similar pair that he's almost worn out. This pair lives up to all expectations and I'm sure we'll be buying another pair when these wear out or he does something stupid and ruins them!

I use these shoes in the ER when I work my 12 hours and they feel very comfortable. I was mostly impressed how Zappos shipped the shoes faster than expected had my shoes in time for my next shift. So defnitely will be buying from them again soon. I have very much enjoyed my purchase. I don't require much arch support but these shoes have moderate arch support.

Excellent shoe. Good arch support. Looks good. It doesn't slip on my heel like many slip-ons do. I think I'm more satisfied with this shoe purchase than any other in recent years.

I have scarcely had these shoes off since I purchased them. They are amazingly comfortable and versatile. Work well with jeans, chinos... Look good enough for a casual night out, but can stand up to a decent hike. No brainer!

I've been buying Keen's for a few years because the wide toe bed gives me great comfort. With a bunion that isn't painful unless irritated by tight shoes, Keen's have been a great discovery. I bought these men shoes because the women's didn't come in wide. Much to my delight, these fit my women's size 9 perfectly. I love these shoes and wear them whenever I'm not in sandals or my Keen's walking shoes.

Back heel was rubbing my right right ankle. They look great, but unfortunately, will be returning them. Clarks Axl's seem to be a better buy.
