Very stable. Nice wide toe box like the other Keen models. Easily adjustable tension on the laces. I still found I needed a different insole for support. The yellow on the edge of the heel is painted on and flakes off easily. I thought this was sort of lame. They already are looking old and I have only had them 3 weeks. But otherwise seem well made and I anticipate they will be long lasting.

What else I can say if I already bought almost 9 pairs for me and 5 more pairs for my relatives? Keen is the best brand for my feet and Zappos deserves a big medal for its fast service, safe activities on line...and I'm preparing myself to buy another one!

These shoes are very comfortable, durable and look good. They are a great all-purpose shoe - can be worn around town or even into work. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will try Keen's again for my next pair.

I've been wearing Keen exclusively since 2005 or so. I believe this is my seventh pair. These shoes are just as great as every pair before them. I was surprised to see so many people saying this shoe felt a half size larger. I order the same size (11.5) every time and I have no problems. I love these shoes. I ordered them at 10pm last night, and they were at my door by 1pm today!

Ouch! Third pair of Keens. Loved first two. These are tight size and width; and, do not have the same arch support as previous ones. I have blisters after a couple hours of wear.

Good comfortable boots for light hiking. My wife and I took the shoes out of the box and were hiking an hour later. The boots grip well on rocky trails. They tend to run true to size which is better than Patagonia or several others that I tried. A good choice for light hiking.

First pair of Keen's I've owned. Good shoe for the money. Would definitely try another pair in the future; although, I have a high arch and a little more arch support would be better.

The best sports shoe I have worn to date. I live in them 10 months a year. Hands down over the Merrell brand I swore by. Highly recommended.

Perfect shoes! They are true to fit and super comfortable. Not the traditional keen rubber toe but it works well to keep water out.

I ordered a size 12, which usually fits. These were too small, though, and I had to order a size up.

Very comfortable. Good arch support. Runs true to size and width. These replace my Keen Bends which I thought were great. I think I'll like these as well.

A great shoe. I first bought this shoe in the WP version it became my favorite light hiking and everyday casual shoe. I have since purchased this non-WP version and like it just as much as my first pair. I alternate between them, depending upon the weather. A very comfortable shoe! Thanks you Zappos.

I have had two other pairs of Keens and loved them. These felt a little tighter in the toe box then other styles so I returned them and went with the voyager mid.

Wanted a shoe for all purpose use, had heard may good things about Keens and decided to order the Alamosa as I liked the look and appear that it would fill my needs. Ordered and received my normal size 8, too small, reordered a size 9. Zappos was awesome in getting my size 9 shoe the next day. As soon as I tried them on I felt a pinching at the widest point in my foot and what felt like a seam under the ball of my foot. Wore them around the house on carpet for several hours, still felt the discomfort so I decided it was a flaw in that shoe. Reordered the same shoe, same size and to my disappointment the left shoe had the same issue. Thinking it might be me and maybe the shoe need to be broken in I decided to wear them for a couple of days. After 2 days of average wear, no running or hard impact the shoe did not improve. Very disappointed I sent them back. I have never had an issue with ill fitting or uncomfortable shoes before, especially when paying this price. Decided to send them back and went for a pair of Merrills!
