Love this bag! It's a great size for my 13 inch MacBook Pro plus iPad plus wallet, accessories, etc. But still not too bulky! Very stylish. I can't even tell it's a computer/work bag and looks like an attractive purse. Lots of space and hidden pockets. Great external and internal materials. Strap stays in place on my shoulder. I'm enjoying this bag much more than my previous Patagonia and Timbuktu computer bags!

I love Zappos' speedy delivery and return policy. I especially love my new computer bag! It's classy yet practical which are not usually found in one bag. Lastly, the color makes it look like an elegant purse rather than a computer bag!

Looks like a nice bag, however, not suited for someone who travels by plane and wants to carry it on a rolling suitcase. It needs a small handle on top for that.

I got this because I wanted something the could double as a laptop briefcase and a purse, for when I'm flying and I'm limited as to how many bags I can carry on. When I got this I was somewhat disappointed at the appearance; the somewhat utilitarian polyester it's made of was fine for a briefcase, but wasn't what I was looking for in a purse. I thought of sending it back, but since otherwise it looked very practical, I stashed it in my closet for future needs, and bought a Sherpani Dash LE, which is made of a similar material but has a much cooler pattern. If anything, the Dash LE is even roomier than the Adele, but it doesn't have a separate laptop compartment, which meant that getting my laptop in and out in airport security lines could be a little tricky. After struggling with this for a while, I decided to give the Adele another try. I was really pleased to see that, although the material is ho-hum, its shape even when full is rather elegant, and it was very easy to get my 11 inch Macbook Air in and out. Plus, the zippered inner pocket is just the right size for the cord. I like the hidden pocket on the front too. The only thing it's missing that I would like are pen holders (which the Sherpani has).

I was looking for a bag to replace my aging diaper bag. I wanted something a little more hip, but with essentially the same functionality. This bag is working for me, but it does have some shortcomings. Namely, if you like to carry a water bottle the outside pockets will do the trick but not without compromising space inside the bag. Also, there is a cool little pocket on the back for a mobile phone or sunglasses but it's just a wee bit too small for me. The interior of the bag works pretty well and I'm loving the cushioned pocket for my ipad. The top zippers, as others have noted, are a little irritating because they tend to get stuck in the corners of the bag. Not a deal killer for me, but it could be designed better. The bag could also use a strap pad for comfort - my diaper bag had one and I find that I miss it. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase for now. I bought this item because I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on some of the more expensive messenger bags and because I wanted a water bottle pocket on the exterior; amazing how hard it can be to find that feature. Check out the Timbuk 2 bags if you're willing to spend more and want some customization options. Don't count on carrying a water bottle, though. Oh, as an afterthought, Zappos! delivered extremely fast. Their service is always so good I almost forget to mention now.

This is a great bag. I love the fact that it doesn't look like your usual messenger case screaming, "Hey, I gotta laptop in here!" It is a terrific tote with a padded, secure compartment for yes, your laptop but there's more. You can stash other items, even a tablet, and still get a few gym clothes in it. Plus, the four outside compartments and several inside compartments keep your other stuff organized. I am quite satisfied with the construction as well. Durable.

I love ths bag. It will work well for thin/small laptops. I use it for my iPad and papers (I'm a teacher). It is perfect. It is definitely a woman's bag. My brother actually ordered it for himself and gave it to me because it looks purse-like.

I love my bag! I found the interior pocket for the computer too small for my machine but using the outer compartment is working just fine. Loads of room for other things like cables, chargers, cellphone, etc.
