What do you want to know? The shoes or Zappos? Okay I will give both. The shoes are great, they seem to be true to size and look cuter in person. What I love about Zappos is that I can find all my sizes in Keds Kids here where I cant find it anywhere else. I give an A to the shoes and an A to Zappos.

I bought this shoe for my 8-year-old, and she loves them. The little sparklly magnets set this show off. The tassle kept coming off but the overall shoe is of excellent quality....Great buy

These shoes look adorable on my 5 year old. I had read all of the reviews about the charms coming off, so when we got them I put a dab of super glue on the weakest links of the chains, and we haven't had any problems. They look perfect with so many of her outfits.

I wish I would have read the other reviews before I ordered these shoes. They are VERY cute and my daughter loved them when she saw them on-line. We buy Keds for her all the time and have not had a problem until purchasing this style. The first day she wore them one of the chains with the charms attached fell off and she lost it. I called Keds and they do not offer replacements on this type of "accessory" needless to say we were pretty disappointed with this purchase.

My 8 year old daughter loved these sneakers when they came. Normally, I cannot find cute, wide shoes. These were very wide. Unfortunately, the charms came off the shoes the first day she wore them.

My little lady loved these because of the glitter and charm. Yes, as others have stated, the charms are not secured. By the 2nd week they were gone and she was nervous that she would be in trouble for losing them. I told her I had read what the people said and expected it to be missing after a while--didn't think that quickly. Seemed roomy or the manufacturer cuts wider than the others.

Comfortable shoe, but charms fell right off. My 8 year-old daughter really likes these shoes, but the charms fell off the first day she wore them to school. I tried to reattach them, but figured they were better left off. She still like them so much that I bought the white ones too, and just removed the charms right away. My daughter normally wears a 13, but the 13.5 fit her in these shoes.

I recently brought these sneakers for both of my daughters and they loved them! The shoe is very stylish, cute and the platform makes them supportive! The only issue I had with this product is the charms keep falling off. I re-hook them and they come right off again. A little disappointing but otherwise they look good with just about anything, a jean skirt, jeans or jogging pants. A good buy and well worth the money. I definitely recommend.

Cute but charms fell off after 1 day. Cute shoes, run small, got wide width. My daughter wore them only once to school and the chain fell off with all the charms. I don't think they sell replacements either. I checked the Keds site; going to call them and see if I can get a new chain.

My 8 year old daughter wears these everyday with her school uniform (so think outside at recess, etc; 5 solid months of school wear) and she is not a hard wearer on shoes - previous purchases from Zappos were New Balance and Nike, and they held up fine. b But this shoe, apart from the cute colored bling that were taken off early on, has not held up. Where the rubber is glued to the top part of the shoe has separated (that is the biggest issue I think). I would not buy this shoe again for everyday use. We're going back to Nike!

The overall shoe was great. The look and quality was very good and it fit my daughter's foot well. Unfortunately, the decorative gems on the shoe are not. Within 2 hours of wearing them, one shoe's gems fell off. I was able to rig it a little and reattach. A few more times wearing the shoe and the other foot's gems fell off. So now I am left with removing them completely off the shoe. They need a better way to attach them to the shoe or make a much stronger chain system.

These are cute but the charms fell off the first day she wore them. My husband thought the platform looked kind of goofy. We ended up getting her a pair of New Balances that she likes better. She said the Keds were to stiff.

The chain that holds the charms will not stay attached. I tried two pair, same problem. We love Keds, but this just doesn't work. Sure hope Zappos removes this shoe!
